Ive been on the waiting list for 4 years soon as I get close to the top of the waiting list I get a letter in the mail from the Glendale office saying that Ive been dropped from the waiting list so next Im like hold on wait a minute so I called them I told them that I didnt receive any letter saying about a fingerprint she said oh the letter got returned bac

Ive been on the waiting list for 4 years soon as I get close to the top of the waiting list I get a letter in the mail from the Glendale office saying that Ive been dropped from the waiting list so next Im like hold on wait a minute so I called them I told them that I didnt receive any letter saying about a fingerprint she said oh the letter got returned back okay so then she told me I had to come in and fill out a form to see if I could get back on the waiting list It didnt make sense to me but I filled the form out anyways because we have been waiting for a long time I got the 3rd letter saying bring proof where me n my kids are staying and to see if me and my children meet the requirements to get back on the waiting list I have no address me n my kids are homeless Im living with a friend gets to the appointment to find out that me and my children has been dropped off the waiting list over a zip code The lady I had an appointment with was Tammie Harris when I first walked in the vibe was off Made timelike I didnt even have an appointment I had to show them letter saying I have an appointment Got in the room was feeling uncomfortable because she had an vibe like they already had mind made up to keep me off the waiting list What me to bring proof I was in a shelter when clearly Im showing you papers that have the shelter on it with the shelter name on the paper work I had an statement from my friend Its was not good enough proof for them to put me back on the waiting list Told me to bring a letter showing I was in the shelter which should not have nothing to do with the fact its because I didnt get the letter and her telling me that it was the wrong zip code When clearly number just can get missed up wrote down wrong by a lil mistake dont see how them poeple are helpful I pray God have mercy on them This is not over I will be taking this to another level

I have a pretty nice apartment although the rent just went up it did all over Phoenix since Covid startednThe managers here are kind and willing to work things out if you have a financial problem The deposits are not as high as other places and the groundskeepers and maintenance are constantly working to keep the grounds clean and nice I have enjoyed my tim

They will do everything they can to take your deposit no matter how clean and empty you will leave the place Im from Europe we never even wear shoes inside the house we left it as clean as it was when we got it but they still charged us for millions of different bills that you cant even fight We didnt get our 500 and they even charged us little bit more for
