As much as I wanted to love this place especially with how well kept it seems and all the positive reviews trying to reach the office seems to be impossible Ive called over 4 times today within hours of each call Went online to schedule a tour for 1230 Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe theyre short staffed I work in property management

As much as I wanted to love this place especially with how well kept it seems and all the positive reviews trying to reach the office seems to be impossible Ive called over 4 times today within hours of each call Went online to schedule a tour for 1230 Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe theyre short staffed I work in property management so I know how that goes I showed up at about 1220 pm As I was walking up too the office I saw which I believe was the leasing agent locking up the office for a tour Totally understandable As shes continues to look down at her phone she then finally glances up at me She says Hi Im sorry I have a tour and then continues to lock up and walks right past me Without even asking what I was there for or even attempting to get any information from me or asking me to stop by later on at a better time for her convenience Just leaves me sitting there outside the office I went back to my car waited for 20 mins then decided to leave I hate to leave comments like this but Im so tired of the lack of professionalism

Three things first roaches roaches roaches Be prepared to be infested with roaches Second the maintenance people are great real nice guys but the ladies in the office are just a real bunch of bs Worst people to ever deal with about any issue Just fix it yourself if you can instead of dealing with those harpies And lastly even though these are ghetto apartments they are super strict about every freaking stupid little thing Sure they have rules ok but every freaking week there is a notice that the manager will be entering the premises and receiving letter after letter of eviction notice if some stupid little thing is not fixed such as removing the broom and dust pan from the balcony I dont recommend living here not at all Oh there was also a kidnaping that took place here and separately also a murder

BEWARE RIP OFF I was helping an elderly friend with disabilities moving in from out of State She put down a 1000 deposit She later found out the dining room was very far away and had to walk outside in the heat to get there She was not able to walk that far nor be in 115 degree heat along the waynShe decided not to rent Discovery Point WAS then able to re

My air conditioning broke Yesterday night around 8pm so I called as soon as the office opened at 9am to get it fixed All the lady said she could do was send someone to look at it before 6pm today I have animals and it is the middle of summer in ARIZONA and they didnt even provide me with a portable cooler or anything to cool down my apartment and I am on the
