I live here currently and have had a pleasant experience Any work order that I have entered has been completed on the same day The property is wellkept management is pleasant and neighbors are friendly The property is very peaceful with beautiful pine trees and morning dovesIt is a very nice location with many stores and freeway access I recommend looking in 2020-06-29T23:19:52Z

This apartment and office was great when we first moved in and had no issues Now in 3 years this has been the 3rd owner and some of the owners in the office are not friendly at all Back gate has been broken for a month front gates are open 247 so anyone can come and go whe it was supposed to be a gated community Now renovated apartment was great at first and 2021-07-02T02:26:17Z
This apartment and office was great when we first moved in and had no issues Now in 3 years this has been the 3rd owner and some of the owners in the office are not friendly at all Back gate has been broken for a month front gates are open 247 so anyone can come and go whe it was supposed to be a gated community Now renovated apartment was great at first and then things started breaking air conditioning unit kept leaking and caused water damage in the hallway Doors and cabinets are very flimsy and now for a 3 bedroom apartment they are raising rent from 1545 to 1798 a month and now require renters insurance No pool access for months gym has barely any equipment and everything that was promised when we moved to renovated apartment at 400 extra s month nothing has been done 300 increase too 1800 3 bed 2 bath apartment in a horrible area is not worth the price This isnt Scottsdale but yet are charged Scottsdale prices ad all the residents we have talked too feel the same way Weve never paid rent late and have been a great resident for 3 years here Its ridiculous that a new owner comes in and increases rates that high when thre is nothing to show for the rent increase Please dont move here unless you want to pay outrages rent prices have cars broken into cars vandalized no pool access little gym equipment and not have items fixed in a timely manner Knowing them we wont eveb get a portion of our deposit back we paid 3 years ago when we move out even after taking special care of the apartment even with having 2 kids where one is a 5 year old boy who can get rowdy I wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating because some of the rwsietns here are not friendly kids are up at all hours of night screaming and has even given death threats to our daughter PLEASE looks elsewhere because people that have moved here even just a couple months ago have regretted it and wants to move out ASAP Cops are here at least 3 times a week and there was someone killed not right next to our building a few months ago If you have kids its not safe at all for them here more ... hide ...
