I went to this apartment complex for an interview when I showed up I had to fill out an application then do a leasing quiz on the quiz it said that I would be provided a calculator for the math questions I wasnt Then when i finished and went to do my interview she was looking over my application and the first thing she said was with Margee Dunlap we do not 2019-11-08T17:03:33Z
I went to this apartment complex for an interview when I showed up I had to fill out an application then do a leasing quiz on the quiz it said that I would be provided a calculator for the math questions I wasnt Then when i finished and went to do my interview she was looking over my application and the first thing she said was with Margee Dunlap we do not hire people who owe money to other apartment complexs and thats where the interview ended She was very rude and when I was getting up she said I guess I should have asked that before All I said was yeah even though I wanted to say so much more Maybe you people should put that on your applications when you post them on Indeed So people arent wasting there time going down there just to be rejected more ... hide ...

Im going on my second week living here I was definitely surprised once I received my keys for my apartment I love the layout of the the master bedroom There were no units available to view when I filled out an application Move in was smooth and done before I was told it would be done The lady in the front office made concessions for me to do my move in which 2020-04-27T12:20:49Z
Im going on my second week living here I was definitely surprised once I received my keys for my apartment I love the layout of the the master bedroom There were no units available to view when I filled out an application Move in was smooth and done before I was told it would be done The lady in the front office made concessions for me to do my move in which I appreciate Im downstairs which I like My only complaint about that is my neighbor doesnt seem to notice they are upstairs but thats not a knock on the complex I couldnt give 5 stars due to the roach problem I had to buy roach motels to battle them Otherwise Im happy so far of the area that my children and I are innnUpdate This roach infestation is unreal The apartment looks nice but these bugs make living here really uncomfortable Ive requested to have pet control come out to spray once before and supposedly they have It seemed as though it had worked for a couple of days then the roaches returned I hate waking up in the morning and seeing roaches scatter I make it a point to make sure that my kitchen is clean Ive even moved the fridge and the stove to make sure there was no food dropped behind them to cut down on their food source There are cracks in the walls where they run to when I am spraying raid Ive put roach motels all over my apartment but even those havent seemed to make an impact Going to do some research on how to FINALLY RID MY APARTMENT F THESE PESTS Also I hate to walk around and see that residents just through their trash on the ground when the dumpster is just a few feet away The maintenance men that were here when I first moved in quit due to this reason Im sure The new maintenance men take forever and a day to get my work orders done Ive had to put in work orders multiple times on the same items I had to complain to my housing subsidy in order to finally get the office to get SOME OF THESE ITEMS FIXEDfor example mold in bathrooms and in window seals more ... hide ...
