This place has been wonderful while we were here We are only leaving so we can be closer to work The maintenance was always quick and done correctly Also everything was clean for the most part The downside that people will say is parking is limited Which it is at night but during the day there is always parking Another thing people mention is the homeless pe 2017-11-20T16:15:59Z

I currently am a resident here I have been living here since march of 2017 I like the apartments I am on the second level with my daughter When I moved in i saw maybe one roach it was dead They had sprayed and you know bugs come out when you do that Other than that I have yet to see any roaches in my apartment The maintenance could be better They like to mak 2018-04-06T22:11:28Z

Overall the apartment is quite and there have been no problems with that However the place is very old and there are things that need to be fixed For example I have been living here for almost 2 years and the roof leaks when its raining The water comes in and lands on my bed The company says that they have called someone out to fix it and honestly it has not 2019-08-31T08:59:56Z
Overall the apartment is quite and there have been no problems with that However the place is very old and there are things that need to be fixed For example I have been living here for almost 2 years and the roof leaks when its raining The water comes in and lands on my bed The company says that they have called someone out to fix it and honestly it has not helped the situation at allnnIn addition my heater does not work After calling for that it works a little bit better but no my hot water does not work I was told that I would have to take quick showers When I called some heating companies they toldnMe that should not be the case I think its ridiculous that I should have to pick between hot water and a heater in the winternnI dont know who is in charge but the apartment needs new appliances ASAP The maintenance man and Grace the office manager are always friendly but I do not think they are provided with enough resources from upper management I would need a 360 degree turn to keep me from moving out of this place once my lease is overnnPlease fix this stuff so that I have heat and hot water that I can at least take a 10 minute shower with more ... hide ...

I have lived here for four years and plan on staying for a very long time These apartments feel more like homes You have a backyard where you can plant flowers you park your car right behind your house and there is no one above you or below you its single story The apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous I just cant say enough about these apartments 2021-03-16T19:10:18Z
