My uncle passed away and they gave us the sense of security that his belongings were safe and secure until we were able to get his possessions we even offered to pay the month of April and the amount of full rent not what my Uncle Dan was paying because he had veterans assistance we offered to pay the full amount thats when they disclosed to us that they had already started to vacate the premises because its been past 21 days they had never talked about a deadline they had never disclosed to us that they were going to go into the apartment and start vacating he left behind a will that they are violating by taking the possessions that are supposed to go to his loved ones Im hoping that a lawyer in the Arizona bar cease this and reaches out to me this is just sickening what they do and every time I try to call and get information the manager doesnt seem to be there which Im pretty sure is a crock from day one there has been complete lack of communication with my aunt and she has power of attorney she is also struggling with health conditions and InNOut of surgeries for cancer she was on the side of a surgical bed when she got the news about her brother my uncle at first these people seem nice and understanding we are across the state from Arizona shes in Florida most of us are in Wisconsin and shes the only one that can control the situation however the doctors would not let her travel in her condition so she did what she could to stay in contact with them and had told them that we were going to be there the second week of April perhaps the last week of April everything sounded good they sounded like very nice people my aunt called at the beginning of April to offer them rent money to show good faith and show them that we are making an honest effort to make things as smooth for their organization and allow us a little more time for her to heal and for us to formulate a plan as this was a complete shock to all of us we had no idea that his health had taken a turn when we found out he had two days to live this place is just sickening and I will be calling today to get some answers but I doubt I will get any I hope that everyone reads this and if anyone else has been affected by this place please contact me more ... hide ...
