I have just started living at Estancia I got a small place with the assistance of Alejandra and Lizzet Both women were super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns When I moved in there were some issues with items in the apartment but when notifying the office they told maintenance which is when Kyle and his team came out and repaired everything 2022-04-26T05:54:58Z

This is the worst complex in Tucson My daughter placed an application gave a deposit and was told her move in date One day before moving in she was called by the management and informed that she has to push back her date Then called a week later to push the dates back further Just to get called again to inform her that the apartment is no longer available Al 2021-06-29T03:02:11Z
This is the worst complex in Tucson My daughter placed an application gave a deposit and was told her move in date One day before moving in she was called by the management and informed that she has to push back her date Then called a week later to push the dates back further Just to get called again to inform her that the apartment is no longer available All of this is happening while she is 8 months pregnant She wasted a month of her Time Now she is homeless and pregnant I called the corporate office and was told in order to speak to a supervisor I had to write an extensive letter Was told the supervisor doesnt speak to tennents or anyone The secretary is the one to handle all concerns So there is basically no chain of command and no one to answer for the complex poor behavior No wonder the property management company North Star has a D rating They should go out of business for the lack of compassion they have and the poor way they conduct business My daughter gave her notice at her current place that she would be out by a certain date and had to honor that Which has caused her to become homeless When we called The complex to see if they had anything else coming up and explained that their lack of competence has caused an 8 month pregnant woman to be on the streets They basically told her too bad Very unprofessional If a deposit is required to hold an apartment then it should be required to give an apartment I will contact small claims the news outletd and the better business bureau Please avoid this place at all cost I wouldnt want the stress my daughter went through to happen to anyone else To add insult to injury they still havent returned her deposit more ... hide ...

For the most part this place was nice Of course its an apartment complex and you might have to send some work orders to get things fixed it is what it is Parking could be annoying a lot of people here have dogs and cats so expect to hear a lot of barking and cat fights If youre someone that works remotely 100 of the time Im not sure this complex is ideal for 2022-03-15T19:27:18Z
For the most part this place was nice Of course its an apartment complex and you might have to send some work orders to get things fixed it is what it is Parking could be annoying a lot of people here have dogs and cats so expect to hear a lot of barking and cat fights If youre someone that works remotely 100 of the time Im not sure this complex is ideal for that Its next to a very busy street with a lot of loud people living their lives and it was very tedious having to explain background noises or upstairs neighbor noises when I was in meetings Water will be shut off and come back on and sometimes they let you know with ample enough time There were times they did not though Many times the water would be turned back on not because they told you but because youd find out yourself nWhen I first started living here I wasnt working from home and I loved it here and was super happy I only started becoming more annoyed when I began working from home But it wasnt horrific Everyone was respectful with the exception of one girl who worked in the office but I dont believe she works for the complex anymore She never gave me attitude but I heard the way she spoke to many other tenants and it left a bad taste in my mouth more ... hide ...

Next door neighbor wont SHUT UP at night so people can sleep and get up early mornings for work Management wont take care of it ONCE AND FOR ALL so I will be taking my rent money elsewhere Oh and my rent has gone up 2x in two years but lets keep the loudmouth waking everyone up

To a review on here about bus lines well you should have researched that before moving into an apartment It is also not Dragonflys fault as the city of Tucson makes the bus routes not Dragonfly Half of your complaints are things you should have checked before you moved in as many people do Landlords are not required to provide WiFi All apartments are ready for Century Link WiFi and TV if you call Century Link and set up an account No security 2 gatesgate codes with deadbolts on doors in not secure Again landlords are not required to provide security food deliveries WiFi bus routes TV pools etc 4 washers and dryers true but everytime I do laundry all four are available and in good working repair The AC and Heat thermostats are not in the office or controlled It was an error with construction company who built the place who put all 3 units in the mainnbigger apartment Plus they have always turned updown heat in a timely manner when requested PLUS it is SUBSIDIZED HOUSING ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED BE GRATEFUL Lies and shams Youre really over exaggerating I assume you were late on rent got a late fee or evicted or something similar the way youre making everything SOUND so horrible here It is safe secure friendly here For Section 8 housing no utilities learn to be grateful you sound so entitled No pool So what Stop complaining And there are microwaves two burner stove tops AND AGAIN LANDLORDS NOT REQURED TO PROVIDE DISHWASHERS Wash your dishes by hand like the rest of us AGAIN entitled and ungrateful And again when you were searching for an apartment you should have been aware of the bus routes and all of your other complaints which half are involved since landlords are not required to provide half of what you demand in a section 8 housing apartment or any apartment for that matternnOnto my review love it here more ... hide ...

Wouldnt recommendnUse to share this apartment went with some friends and one of the reminded me of this place we had good times there and remembered this place sucked It used to look better back then now it looks ugly the annoying House neighbors threw lots of parties and loud musicnPros affordable rent Safe Environment Two bed room and bathroomA closet in the living room two doors First one was black fence door and white metal doornnCons Roaches can get in easy due to small gap under the doors We lived up stairs and rooftop ac unit make a loud annoying buzzing Delicate walls Stairs looked like if you fall you die random stranger using the parking lot to going in and make a U turn Laundry room is full with spiders mostly daddy long legs and more bugs there washers didnt work propeller back then the dryers burnt our soft blankets which ruined it Pretty sure one of our neighbors stole my tide and the laundry room was so dirty it had dead bugs spider webs Lint all over the dryer and floor Oh Yea and one Finally ting When using the AC too much for summer it leaks one time it leaked so much that the ceiling was water damage oh and the bathroom wall easily developed black mole We had to clean that a bunch of times and the pipes can get clogged because of a single glovenWe left after 7 months it was lame more ... hide ...
