I have lived at Sunpointe for 3 or a little over that I just want to let you know about my experience with my staying here Its a quite community well kept the apartment are a bit old but they try to update them as much as possible to make your living a good one this are just a few great things what really make me happy and makes me want to renew for another 2021-02-19T20:23:54Z
I have lived at Sunpointe for 3 or a little over that I just want to let you know about my experience with my staying here Its a quite community well kept the apartment are a bit old but they try to update them as much as possible to make your living a good one this are just a few great things what really make me happy and makes me want to renew for another year is the office team they are super nice and out going they make you feel at home Manager trys to help out the best she can ether with finding help to pay rent or working with us with a payment arrangement it had been hard for me this pass year but they have work with me so much and being so understandable and very helpful I real love this place will be staying here for one more year or even two Thank you girls for everything you all do more ... hide ...

Ive only been here a short time so Ill probably update this review over the next yearnnOverall my experience so far has been good Stephanie the manager has been very kind and quick with her responses The amenities are nice the pool seems to be well kept and the barbecues are a great option to have The grounds have been well kept during my time here the flower bushes and palm trees around the property are very pretty The ambiance of the whole place is cozy to me There seems to be a diverse age range of tenants some families with children as wellnnThe apartment itself is again overall good My particular unit is somewhat dated in its appearance I cant say for certain but I assume my faucets shower and bathroom tile are from the 80s90s I know they have recently started updating certain units though for a slightly higher rent modern cabinetry appliances etc To me its kind of charming though but thats personal preference I will say that by my standards it wasnt cleaned super well upon moving in It was satisfactory but not great It appears they painted cleaned the carpets and wiped down all surfaces But as far as deeper cleaning like baseboards bathroom ceilings grout drains windows dusting corners and AC vents i wasnt satisfied Its not anything I cant clean myself but I was disappointed to see that the attention or care wasnt there The amount of space is great it feels spacious even with all my furniture Having an electric stove and dishwasher is awesome same for the in unit washerdryernn5 Month Updaten I was told we had some of the dirtiest AC filtersvents in the whole complex last month when they were checked by staff still have not been replacedfixedn I reported an issue with the dryer upon move in they did not fix it properly just had to report it againn Paint on the patio was ruined by rain shortly after move in looks super trashy now more ... hide ...

The apartments inside are nice But the landlord is absolutely rude They take forever to fix things that go wrong in your apartment And when you ask the simplest questions they get rude and they hang up on you in your face I had a horrible time here and I felt like she just didnt like me so she didnt act as a good landlord
