If I could give a negative 5 star review I would because living here has been a nightmare for the past nine months I cant count the number of problems weve had living here but the top ones would include flooding twice now the second time has been ongoing for over a month now our ac has broken twice the showers will not drain and despite keeping it moderately 2022-06-11T08:37:00Z
If I could give a negative 5 star review I would because living here has been a nightmare for the past nine months I cant count the number of problems weve had living here but the top ones would include flooding twice now the second time has been ongoing for over a month now our ac has broken twice the showers will not drain and despite keeping it moderately clean there has been a consistent cockroach infestation due to having broken screens While the staff at the office is nice we have told them about these problems over 3 times and nothing ever gets fixed Some of the issues have been ongoing for months and we have given up trying because apparently theres no point During the first flooding we had water was literally dripping on me in bed but they still claimed it was livable and refused to give any kind of discount on the rent despite us having to live elsewhere for a week Unless paying an excessive amount to live in squalor is something youre looking for dont live here I truly hope this helps anyone thinking about moving here to AVOID it because I know I wouldve been so grateful if someone else had given me this advice more ... hide ...

My opinion great community first day we moved in people around the area where our apartment was greeted us and offered to help us Ive come to notice everybody watches out for everybody else and theres a lot of respect over here at the community that looks after itself its a place where your kids can run anywhere on property and nothing will happen to him they even got a playground they got tables where parents can sit and watch their kids play have a barbecue have any type of gathering of family and friends its very quiet here yes everybody does mind their own business here but they also as well tend to look out for each other everything positive you can think about a community it is here that Park view apartments but know this Parkview apartments is a work in progress they continue to succeed and improve the apartment complex asking the residents opinion about our community they have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi they have good parking in the garbage bins or in good locations easy to get to and also will not interfere with the parking and its right across the street from the park where kids and family come to play baseball they have a track that circles an entire Park walk around get your exercise walk your dog get some exercise take the whole family get some exercise and watch some families and kids play baseball Parkview apartments I have to give it five stars if I could give it 10 I would but know this to some people Park the apartments may have problems they may complain about this and that but Parkview apartments they continue to succeed and improve the apartment complex each and every day I love it here and I tend to stay as long as I can and all I can say is to Parkview apartments thank you for allowing us to live in your community I wish the best and most success in this apartment complex and this community more ... hide ...

Solano springs apartments are one of the best experiences I have had moving in to a home Office staff was kind and courteous and answered my question then went the extra mile and helped me out with the interweb and app stuff who new people wouldnt make fun of you because you didnt know love both of them Sometimes I get my mail to say hi and a laugh
