I love living at Ridgepointe The staff is personable and helpful they communicate with the residents regularly and have even helped reunite a few residents with lost pets by letting the community know a dog or cat was found There is a nice variety among the residents from young to old including couples families roommates and singles Everyone Ive met has been friendly and residents are respectful of the other residents My big patio and unique floor plan makes my apartment feel more like a home Having my own washer and dryer in the apartment is ideal and Im looking forward to using the fireplace when the weather cools The grounds are beautifully kept and the walkways welllit so it is pleasant walking my little dog even at nighttime The pool is well maintained and is big enough for me to do laps when there arent many other residents there There are several gas grills for residents on the property and it has been great to grill without needing to buy coals The online portal makes it easy to pay my rent or request repairs The few times Ive needed a repair it has been done within 24 hours Im so glad I live here and highly recommend Ridgepointe Apartments more ... hide ...

Just got denied with them saying it was something in the background but cant tell us I guess they never heard of the freedom of information act Now we only have 2 or 3 days left in the hotel we are currently in and will be on the streets I have heard of property managers taking applications and denying people so they can continue collecting on application fe 2022-07-14T23:03:17Z

You cant pay rent online because their website is downthe page to pay rent has a broken link Who knows how long this has been but Ive been trying for two weeks now Im extremely technologicallysavvy and it still wouldnt work from any computer phone or tablet I triednnThe leasing office tried to tell me that it was an error on my part yet I spoke to someone else in the office almost two weeks ago who said she had plenty of complaints that people could not pay their rent onlinennI live out of state and was trying to pay rent on behalf of my father but they also would not take a payment over the phone I downloaded the apartment cast app as the website said to do and as I was advised to do over the phone by the leasing office The app also gave me an error message and said that my dads account was not set up for online payments Two weeks have gone by with me calling every other day or more and I was still unable to pay rent for my dad via the phone the website or the app Then today the leasing office told me that if I get his rent their via mail by Friday he wont have any late fees So now I had to overnight something for 30 to avoid a late fee that I shouldnt have had in the first placennBy far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have worked in customer service as well as in an office environment and I know that its truly not that hard Not to mention the place is not that safe and not at all nice Bugs loitering police there constantly from what my dad told me Dont waste your time or moneynnAttached is the error message that Ive received for two weeks while trying to pay rent online The website is awful I also emailed these images to the leasing office multiple times and never received a response more ... hide ...
