this property has lack of mamangemnt skills and loses everything they dont help neone out do not rent here they dont help their tents out at all best believe i will not recomend them to anyone they are over priced and they have roaches everywhere

I had to give it a one star but doesnt even deserve one nothing was ever fixed yet they would say it was cars get broken into and damaged all the time they give excuses after excuse when Needing to fix something gates are constantly unable to close therfore making it unsafe for kids and personal property They never answers calls if they do its miracle So man 2021-09-13T18:32:20Z

this is the literally the WORST apartment complex ive ever been in Roaches all the time they said they were coming to spray and they did once and there was still a ton of bugs i constantly asked to get sprayed again never happen and when it came time to try and get my security deposit back theyre trying to tell me my apartment has to be cleaned professionall 2022-05-04T00:04:05Z
this is the literally the WORST apartment complex ive ever been in Roaches all the time they said they were coming to spray and they did once and there was still a ton of bugs i constantly asked to get sprayed again never happen and when it came time to try and get my security deposit back theyre trying to tell me my apartment has to be cleaned professionally and i have proof that other tenants cleaned my apartment in order for me to move in tried to charge me for a month of utilities that was covered by the pima county eviction program theyre soooooo shady stephanie is nice and willing to work with you angela on the hand is so beyond the definition of a slum lord and shady person i didnt damage anything i cleaned the carpets with a rug doctor and theyre still trying to keep the security deposit DONT MOVE IN HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT more ... hide ...
