Loved the place when we first got here and could proudly call it home Just recently started having problems with them and I asked why all of a sudden were having issues come to find out they were bought out Before they werent towing cars in the complex and told us we were safe and they dont do that Then all of a sudden we got a warning on our car for our tag

Loved the place when we first got here and could proudly call it home Just recently started having problems with them and I asked why all of a sudden were having issues come to find out they were bought out Before they werent towing cars in the complex and told us we were safe and they dont do that Then all of a sudden we got a warning on our car for our tags So while we had them coming in we sent in an email for proof that we had them coming Wake up next morning to find car gone and owing the tow company 300 Complex said once that car is taken its not their problem Plus we are now having issues with bugs which are not being taken care of properly All I can say is Im disappointed as I wanted to grow a family here But the crazy price doesnt match the quality anymore

I had high hopes for this housing complex the images made it look too good to be true for the price range and lo and behold it was I leased for an entire year as I had no alternatives with school around the corner and although initially everything seemed tolerable and believe me I am being generous the year dragged on with broken appliances old and decrepit

I had high hopes for this housing complex the images made it look too good to be true for the price range and lo and behold it was I leased for an entire year as I had no alternatives with school around the corner and although initially everything seemed tolerable and believe me I am being generous the year dragged on with broken appliances old and decrepit walls plumbing issues and horrible service on behalf of management Once given the house the first thing that struck me was the awful floor it is literally a faded orange color The walls were old and dirty and the rest of the floor was soooo dirty It was blatantly obvious that they make no effort to clean up after the previous rentersnnAt the end of the lease there were unexpected fees and required notices that I was not informed about clearly Its sad folks but can you really expect much from a complex owned by corporate I mean for crying out loud they dont even have a real office Its a room in a hotelnnDefinitely overpriced for the faded cement floor old walls and gritty overall installments Didnt get my full refund for bogus reasons If you dont believe me rent a room and find out for yourself
