I contacted and viewed apts They said they accepted section 8 They have not even been approved I spoke in person twice with Angela Ask if I needed to put down a deposit Nope we collect all money at time of move in Was told ny the manager I could move in on April 5 then the 10th Called yesterday told the manager I didnt have all the money But I would get i 2022-04-14T23:19:27Z

We always choose HSL Properties in AZhave been at Foothills for nearly 2 years Staff processes and Mgmt are always professional Only had 1 maintenance issue and it was handled quickly Currently there have been common area issues IElaundry But understandable with nation wide shortages of parts and staffing Wish some residents would clean up after themselv 2022-07-07T22:01:14Z
