Ive been living here since June 2021 I havent lived in an apartment in about 25 years so there were a few minor adjustments for me personally but Im very pleased with the community The office staff is so friendly and helpful always willing to answer my questions make recommendations Im from out of state so didnt know much about the area and just let me sit and visit with them I love that they remember my name and things that I share with them It makes me feel very welcome and appreciated The maintenance crew is great as well Very responsive to any issues Ive only had two and so friendly I also love that at least once a month they are hosting community events of some kind back to school event with free backpack for the kids cook outs and hosted dinners just because or to celebrate a holiday bringing in food trucks and sponsoring free giveaways They really try to make it feel Iike a community and not just a place to live The community is very quiet clean and well maintained and the grounds are beautiful And the other residents Ive met have all been friendly Im very happy with my decision to call Agave at 22 home more ... hide ...

Staff is friendly and my AC had stopped working A gentleman had shown up with a portable unit on his day off to make sure my dog and I had cool air on one of the hottest day of the year 110 degrees I called the office and within five minutes the portable unit was delivered and set upnThank you

Stay at Vintage Apts was challenging the current staff Mgr Angelica Asst Mgr Juanita Maintenance the last 3mos I stayed there I truly appreciate them and I give them 5 starsnnThe staff from the time I moved in 102017 to 72021 wasnt a good experience But the Asst Mgr Angela from 72020 32021 she really tried to help if there was any concerns
