I wish Rebecca becomes homeless like I have been thanks to her not renewing my lease without indicating why after 3 years However whatever her issue was with me she was glad to express to any managers who called her for a reference preventing me from moving anywhere else and lost my housing voucher I waited 8 years to get by slandering me unlawfully I imagine she sleeps well in her house every night though Thanks for nothing and costing me thousands of dollars on motel rooms and putting an eviction on my leasing record which was perfect before leasing from her Good ridancenIn response to your replyyes you are sad and once again you are slandering me by lying about multiple violations on my lease You gave me one 10 day notice claiming I had a person living with me who was not on my lease with no proof other than an email sent to you by a person who was harassing me who also was lying about me having a roommate to try and get me evicted knowing that she was a visitor since you know she was there less than 1 week from when you evicted her claiming you knocked on my door to see for yourself and then tell me you heard multiple voices who refused to open the door as a lease violation assuming I knew you had told her she was not allowed on the property Then you had my car towed from the property for no registration costing me 500 and my license suspended TenantLandlord laws are in favor of the landlords and tenants are at the mercy of power tripping landlords who have all the power to decide if you lease with them or anywhere else when no other tenants complained about my situation that was out of my control and did what I could to protect myself for nothing Rebecca knows these laws very well and will use them to her advantage UNFORTUNATELY is her favorite word You Rebecca are not the owner by the way and any complaints about you are routed to you by voicemail and emails so its impossible to reach the actual owners So you are stating multiple lease violations to the public and ask them to call you with any questions I hope they do Because you are heartless and do not care about people only your job and the bottom line where you belong while acting nice to their face asking to let you know if there is anything you can HELP with then stab them in the back more ... hide ...

I love living here the people at the office are very nice they always keep their word on helping make sure your house is kept in order on their partnI went shoes to live another place around such amazing management And Miss Nikki the manager is an amazing lady she is a very kind loving woman and so is everyone else up under her

UPDATEnWe have lived here for over two years The previous management company worked with all the tenants if they were behind They would accept partial payments or set up a payment plan to help get caught up This new management company doesnt care about the residents at all Our AC hasnt been working for over a week Supposedly there was an emergency maintenance request put in and there has been no help Before when the maintenance was slacking we didnt mind so much because they worked with us on being late on rent or helping with payment plans They understood that life is tough right now Inflation is insane Gas prices are crazy We told them that we both have better jobs starting in a couple of weeks and they said they dont care They said they wouldnt even be giving us 30 days That they would only be giving a 10 day notice which I dont even think is legal Its just crazy how this place went from decent caring to we dont care about you or your childrennnWe just moved in so I cant say we have long term experience with the place yet However I was worried about the negative reviews about the office staff and what not We have had an absolutely positive experience so far The ladies in the office have been so nice and they havent had any issues with answering questions Our townhome is nice and clean with no bugs The grounds are clean and well taken care of So far everything and everything has been great more ... hide ...

I moved in to this apartment late December 2020 It was ok A little loud thin wallsceilingfloor single pane windows many vicious dogs and trash around the propertynnI had near run ins with the aforementioned vicious dogs when just walking to my vehicle taking out the trash or going to do laundry Then I had one incident with a neighbor and their vicious pit bull The neighbor his friend and his pit bull threatened me after their dog tried to attack me Another neighbor told me that that pit bull had tried to attack other people and dogs I have witnessed this several other timesnnI called the office and reported it but they wouldnt do anything They said pit bull dogs are not allowed at this residence Then why are there so many therennSo I gave it a couple weeks but still had issues with the same dog and his owner I called the office and told them I would be moving out due to safety concerns for my self and my dog If my safetylife is being threatened then I shouldnt be subject to the lease Especially since the office cant do anything to rectify the situation and provide a safe living environmentnnNow Brittany Court is trying to charge me 2300 in fees for moving out early I called and tried to resolve this They made no attempt to resolve this and make it right I would have thought a reasonable person would be a little more understandingnnI would avoid this apartment at all costs Spend a little more and move somewhere safer more ... hide ...
