Family oriented friendly people in my experience visiting friend that lives there Ive always felt warmly welcomed by everyone It seems theres a wide variety of cultures and I like that very much as Im originally from NY Italian predominantly little Norwegian family in my ancestors but in the youth the cultures ethnicities are mixed and I love them all dearly I find that so long as you are respectful and treat others kindly as you wish to be treated you never have a problem I demand respect but I also give it Im old school 100 As for living I personally need more space myself If the rooms were bigger and garaged parking I could definitely see living here when I down size Ok maybe with a heated pool fitness room Really they have covered parking its a gated community Im not sure if the pool is heated or not That is an easy fix with a solar cover making it year round pool for exercise or getting solar panels to heat pool or making the entire complex solar energy efficient Just food for thought for management Probably never have a vacancy and the cost of solar installation will pay for itself in a few years and in no time youll be making bank from the power company paying you for all the solar generated from your panels Its insane how much how fast it pays you back in AZ more ... hide ...

I dont use to care to read or write bad reviews to paces because I believe there are always two sides of a story But this place is beyond my tolerance If its just the little things its fine like the gross swimming pool or the dog park or the irresponsible property manager with their bad attitude or dirty and broken laundry room that never gets fixed or pest problem No Things have to get really really serious for me to take the time and write down this bad review I mean this place doesnt even deserve one star My refrigerator was never working I ordered maintenance twice The first time they told me they dont have the keys to my apartment I have to give them my keys so they can come in I was puzzled but I still gave them my keys The refrigerator was still not fixed They I submitted the work order again and this time they said they lost the keys they copied the last time so they have to have my keys again I was like But then I sent my keys to them again cause you gotta have refrigerator right And then by the time they fixed my refrigerator it had been broken for 12 days I had no place to store milk meet vegetable or even left overs for almost two weeks This in addition to the lack of hot water yes its right they dont have hot water half of the time I lived there Im trying to negotiate a term with the office so I can move out I emailed the property manager I went to the officer ask to talk to her I talked to the other girls who worked there to ask their manager to reply my emails I heard no response from them whatsoever I mean they already broke paragraph 31 responsibility of owners in the lease I signed That was the solid ground for me to move out without consequences But they kept calling me ask me to pay 6600 dollars because I broke my lease I mean Guys DO NOT LIVE HERE I signed this place bc the girl I talked to was nice and it was close to school starting I was in hurry to find a place If I knew they didnt have hot water or they were gonna treat me like this after I move in I would have slept over at my friends until I find a place Guys Every and comment you read for this place is TRUE Dont make the same mistakes I made more ... hide ...

I went in this apartment complex and the staff was super amazing they explain ever detail that I need it to know and they even show me around they made me feel like I was already welcome and made me feel like I was home already I defiantly recommend going here if you looking for a new apartment

I lived here from Aug 20Jan 22 I was in a loft unit with a great view of the mountainsnnUnfortunately it was an unrenovated unit so there were a few issues Most maintenance problems got solved pretty quickly but they had to come back multiple times because my downstairs ac unit would get stuck blowing on even though Id set it higher when I left in the morni 2022-03-26T13:45:58Z
