New maintenance crew is great they are spoton Quick responses Thank you JeffreynnUpdate Ive lived here 7 years but because of covid19 we decided to purchase a house one year early They are older apartments and have their quirks but overall the largest and least expensive on the east side my daughter could find I prefer living on the second floor or third floor Really nice large balconies Large outdoor space of trees and green grass We got a lot of use out of the basketball court and tennis court combo The kids loved playing basketball and even learning some tennis I taught all three grandkids how to swim at the pools This is also a really convenient area close to parks Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon Maintenance is quick to respond When I see someone has posted they are looking for a reasonable apartment I always refer The View at Catalina We will miss the many friendships from over the years more ... hide ...

Every week for the past year the water is turned off on Thursday supposedly because a new leak is discovered Weve only received a 30 credit once this whole time Feels like whoever is fixing the leaks is leaving something unfinished so they can come back and make more money Besides that living here is not bad Pretty safe and affordable price

This place and the policies is outrageous Cant have anything on the patio unless its outside furniture or plants or we get fined 25 cant have anything blocking the view of the patio but someone downstairs from me can have a whole bush blocking the patio and not once get yelled at for it Cant have a chair outside on the porch nothing hanging up on the porch o 2022-07-28T00:00:10Z

I have lived in this apartment place for 2 years currently If you want a place who have all the care in the world for new residents and non for existing then this might be the place for you Do you like having to pray and hope you will have water running in the morning so you can take a shower before your big interview then come on down to sycamore creek Are you tried of your landlords increasing your rent by regular amounts every year Well not here At sycamore you can have a 700 rent one year and over 1000 rent for the exact same space no upgrades no consistent water laundry room is iffy at best and they wont even tow people who park in your spot unless they have been there for 24 hours If these are the things you are looking for in a place then this is the place for younnTo be clear there have been times where the water is off for multiple days in a row It happened so much that it was a WEEKLY event They will constantly the money parts of the laundry room but not fix any of the broken machines Rent is out of control they are skyrocketing prices for new residents or renewing leases I highly do not recommend this apartment place more ... hide ...
