I am a contractor and a tenant of 3 years I too was disappointed about the pool which is seasonal BUT Lynn the manager pointed me to a local health club which has a rate of 999 a month This included a heated pool with a hot tub with hydro massage and sauna This club is 5 min away from the park and on a convenient bus route Not only is it heated it is open 2021-12-23T21:34:56Z

I moved in a few weeks ago The owner is on top of things genuine and cares about his tenants The property is well maintained The complex is typically quiet Several of the tenants are women with children Very Close to schools Sounds of laughter during the day in the sparkling pool

The maintenance staff at Tanque Verde is absolutely great Also your gardeners who come and clean the outside with big smiles on their faces Way to go Thanks to everyone
