I have been a longtime resident at Stonegate apartments and I love it here The management staff is just magnificent Maintenance is just wonderful and are always on top of things Everyone is friendly and I could not imaging living anywhere else The grounds are always nice and clean and inviting I am eager to invite guest because they always admire the landscape My neighbors are friendly even though I do not see them often as we call work all day I could not imagine living elsewhere Not to mention the convenient location of the complex Its near all the major freeways which is so convenientnI know many may have reservations about the complex being so close to Levi Stadium but fear not Game days are not bad at all The city does a great job with traffic and clears it out in record time on game day Game patrons abide to the parking rules and I have not had a problem yet on game dayeven during Super BowlnThis is my home and I am very comfortable here more ... hide ...

If I was to write a review about these apartments I dont know where to begin First off if there was an option negative 5 I would give them a negative 5 The most ignorant and rude people work in the management The women in that office make me sick so rude and the most funniest thing is that when you come to rent an apartment they are nice but they later on act as if they are paying the monthly rent for you They are the most unintelligent people I hate them so muchnnSecondly there service is so bad The walls are dirty and the paint is coming off The service is disgusting you have to pay for everything that they fix and that fixing that they do is probably the worst that anyone can do They replace everything with cheap parts and materials When you tell them to come and fix something they feel as if its an enforcement to do sonnThirdly this is the most unsafe apartment complex Police always come here and I bet you that out of the people who live here some of them are drug addicts The parking is also horrible there are not only limited amount of spaces but these ignorant people like to take money out of your pockets by towing every car that they can who unintentionally leaves a car in the wrong spot for a few minutes Not only that but they have the most ridiculous policies as well such as a 50 dollar penalty for a minute of a payment going here or therennLast but not least these people like to fool you Instead of giving the proper service that they should to the unlucky people who live here they decorate and fix up their office to fool you into thinking that these apartments are so clean and uptodatennThe worst and cheapest apartment complex as well as management period If you take my advice dont rent from these ignorant people more ... hide ...

I just called looking for a place for my parents and they hung up on me Nice
