I recently moved here and I expected better My key didnt work when I tried to move in I waited outside with the movers for over an hour and called the emergency maintenance number yet they never called back nor showed up I had to move in until Monday when the office opened The next biggest disappointment is the washer hasnt worked since I moved in Its going 2021-10-07T01:35:27Z

I love my apartment the new feeling makes it extra special The residents could do a better job with noise level and keeping the outside cleaner However the leasing office takes excellent care of the grounds which makes a huge difference in the appearance and shows that they care about the property My one wish is that they would better screen the people who 2017-10-27T12:01:50Z

Worst place to live in I loved there for about 7 months Worst 7 months of my lifenWhen I first moved in I called the office because I found a bedbug in my bathroom they asked me to sent pictures so I did but they never got back to me after attempting many times to get their attention Second incident happen a month after when the ceiling started liking due to a snow storm Their office was closed like always so I called their emergency number and the person helping me said that they needed a contractor to fix my leaking so I called the office the following day to let them know everything that was happening they were supposed to call me back but like always they never did after a month having my ceiling like that the maintenance guy came in to fix it he used my bathroom changed my locks without letting me know and left a mess in my room then I tried cancelling my lease and just to do that it took me more than two months because they would never answer my calls nor reply to my emails This properties are just the worst to live in and almost forgot to mention They towed my car for no reason one night and had to paid 38000 to get it out of the impound more ... hide ...

The apartment are verry nice but its sad when the people that lives Above me plays there surround sound so loud like im in hollywood Movie theater everyday and when the office close but other then that verry nice apartment and very big i love to call this my home but i wish they would do something about the people Upstairs

I am loving this townhome My family enjoys the additional space The area is well lit at night and very quiet I find pleasure in knowing the leasing manager and maintenance staff are professional and actually care about the living spaces of the residents When there was a leak within 10 minutes someone was fixing it I am grateful for that coming from my last a 2016-02-10T17:47:40Z
