Lack of response from management when trying to inquire about refund of security deposit that is nearing 30 days past due after the 60 days waiting period They have no problem adding the extra 50 when rent is a few days late Watch out The account manager will hide from you when you want your deposit back

My father has lived in this building for many years its hard for him to get things fixed and when the maintenance man does come up he is very disrespectful I wonder how the other tenants are being treated by the staff Its sad that our elderly people are being treated this eay

My mom lives here its ok but other people mostly this man gives women a hard time one of those Egotistical men that likes just give grief to women So a real Aurora village management you need to get rid of it you have too many complaints on him and still dont get rid of him That would make me think something really bad about your management Ethics

The WORST apartments I have ever had the displeasure of staying at The shared washing and drying machines do not work at ALL Homeless tend to come and stay in the walk area leading to peoples apartments trashing the areas non the less And more than half the stuff in the apartments doesnt work Roaches every where And it is just not an enjoyable place to call 2019-12-11T22:00:18Z
