Really didnt know what to say but when we moved in it has been a blessing to have this remarkable apartment The ladies in the office Shanda and Diana are always friendly and helpful Shanda will keep you laughing with her humor and Diana always has a smile on her face The maintenance team especially Joe will stop what he is doing to help you with an issue

My wife and I just moved here in February so far we love it its a very quiet complex which we enjoy and very close to base for work The staff was very helpful during the process of moving in and paperwork Ive seen lots of reviews about burglary which was nerve racking for us because we have a one year old but we havent experienced anything bad happen to us o

My wife and I just moved here in February so far we love it its a very quiet complex which we enjoy and very close to base for work The staff was very helpful during the process of moving in and paperwork Ive seen lots of reviews about burglary which was nerve racking for us because we have a one year old but we havent experienced anything bad happen to us or our property We feel very safe here The apartment is very nice and comfortable for our living but I think we pay way to much in rent for appliances that could be a little more up to date for example the dishwasher Other than that we have not had any problems and looking forward to renewing our lease next year

Sagebrook has a wonderful leasing office that will help you find an apartment quickly Their service team is also top notch They were able to fix my issue within a day while I was at work Apartments are spacious and sizable compared to other apartments in the same price range They each have a patio dishwasher washer and dryer Otherwise unfurnished Only potential problem with the apartments is a lack of elevator making moving in a significant chore Parking is okay its free and there is always a spot open somewhere however it can be difficult to find a spot right by your building if your showing up after 7 pm You can pay for a garage if you really need it They are a pet friendly community and have decent walking areas for dogs Property is kept clean I personally have not had any negative experiences with fellow residents Overall a lovely place to live that is competitively priced and has plenty of amenities and community events
