Management is wonderful and welcomed me to the complex with such kindness and enthusiasm The apartment I was shown before it was redone is an entirely different apartment than what Ive been given In a timely manor Citadel West put in new carpet painted everything new flooring on the balcony new closet doors and cleaned it from top to bottom I am amazed at th 2021-04-15T20:10:53Z
Management is wonderful and welcomed me to the complex with such kindness and enthusiasm The apartment I was shown before it was redone is an entirely different apartment than what Ive been given In a timely manor Citadel West put in new carpet painted everything new flooring on the balcony new closet doors and cleaned it from top to bottom I am amazed at the transformation and beyond grateful to have a new home that I love so much I did a lot of apartment searching and this is by far the best place I could find with such affordable rent The efficiency apartments have tons of storage and this is the only efficiency I was able to find with a balcony in all of Colorado Springs I feel very safe living here knowing that the staff is so helpful and genuine So far I havent heard any noise either No cars or sounds from other apartments in the building I am very happy with Citadel West and will definitely recommend to friends looking for a good place to live with affordable rent more ... hide ...

So my laundry has been stolen TWICE once from either of both available laundry rooms and mind you it costs 275 a load as it is Hardly relevant when compared against the now 350 in losses that I have sustained not in bogus rent or utilitiy charges but clothes that I had stolen from the apparently ghetto fabulous residents at Autumn Lane Apartment Homes I sugg 2015-11-06T15:49:16Z

This complex is awful I would not recommend anyone live here if they can help it While the maintenance worker himself is amazing the office is not responsive They never pick up the phone during their office hours are rude disrespectful If you never have to deal with them I suppose its fine but the apartments are so poorly cared for in such bad shape that 2021-09-23T15:34:17Z
This complex is awful I would not recommend anyone live here if they can help it While the maintenance worker himself is amazing the office is not responsive They never pick up the phone during their office hours are rude disrespectful If you never have to deal with them I suppose its fine but the apartments are so poorly cared for in such bad shape that theyre definitely not worth the price they chargennDuring Covid they sent a letter 6 days after my renewal where they raised rent saying they wouldnt raise rent at the next renewal It clearly referenced an event a few weeks prior to my renewal making it clear they withheld the letter until they wouldnt have to honor it for the upcoming renewalnnDocument everything in writing when you deal with these people because its the only way to make sure they dont screw you overnnThe office manager once followed me from my building to the area where I was taking my dog to yell at me for not picking up after my dog while I was actively picking up after him When I pressed her for details she told me it was in an area I dont even take my dog because they spray poison over there I dont want him to get sick When I disputed it she said shed still have to put it in my file This whole time she was aggressive disrespectful never used my name instead just shouting hey And excuse me At me to get my attention which I had absolutely no reason to think that she would even be talking to me because shouldnt she know my namennThis place is absolutely awful Dont rent here more ... hide ...

I think about this place a lot We were here for a year and had a great lease Jennifer and Micah are outstanding some of the best staff you could ever hope for They work hard to make the place as amazing as possible Sure there are roaches and the upkeep could be better but thats the nature of apartments and the propertys inability to get better funding from t 2022-03-26T02:30:51Z
I think about this place a lot We were here for a year and had a great lease Jennifer and Micah are outstanding some of the best staff you could ever hope for They work hard to make the place as amazing as possible Sure there are roaches and the upkeep could be better but thats the nature of apartments and the propertys inability to get better funding from their corporate company I know how it goesnnThe problem is that after a year of great tenancy where we were happy with them and they were happy with us the corporate group Dunmire decided it was a great idea to try and squeeze hundreds of dollars out of people already living paycheck to paycheck Im very disappointed because I wanted to keep giving them 1000 per month but they insisted on raising our rent over 20 over a single lease term Its very frustrating and I had to move just to keep a roof over my headnnIf you want to live here because the building is good enough and the staff cares Im right there with you Unfortunately be ready for Dunmire to jack your price up hundreds of dollars after just a few months I wish the staff had more control here because it would have been a much better situation Im sorry you all are ran by a corporation that would rather lose most of their tenants so they can make a couple extra bucks more ... hide ...
