Far and away the most disorganized and unprofessional office Ive ever dealt with Ive lived here 3 years and heres what I can tell you Youll constantly be called to come in and sign documents that were missed or lost by the office and 910 times they will ignore your call They will not respond to emails There is a constant revolving door of staff and you will never EVER be given the same information by two people It consistently changes If they make mistakes even self admitted mistakes youll get charged for them Instead of picking up the phone to explain how an audit resulted in them discovering an error in their end theyll add a balance for someone that has paid their rent on time and in full literally every month Ive been here and then theyll respond with a notice on your door giving you 30 days to pay it Theyll refuse to provide you with contact info for their supervisors to bootnnI dont know if the disorganization comes from the parent company or Melinda and her staff directly but I can say my past month here has been a nightmare Im thanking my lucky stars it will be last month here The rent is cheap for the area but youll be paying for it in inconveniences and hostile interactions from the staff Its simply not worth the headache more ... hide ...
