If I could give 05 stars I would The application process took OVER SIX WEEKS to process and then after wasting your time they will not hesitate to deny you Along with that they ask for WAY to much information for an application for a townhome AND On top of that there is very little communication between management and yourself This is a horribly run company 2020-06-01T20:19:48Z

EDIT Management has remedied my situation and maintenance was gracious enough even to assist me by removing some awkward items I was incapable of moving myself thanks to a broken foot My advice to potential renters thus is to make sure you tour the exact unit you will be renting to ensure satisfaction before your move date But you will indeed love the locati 2020-09-04T20:06:21Z

I moved in a couple months ago and I have had a great experience so far Shannon has been so kind and attentive She goes above and beyond to provide great service and to meet the needs of the residents She has answered all my emails and phone calls loaded with questions never has she been short or impatient When I mentioned the common areas of the complex are messy like the laundry room Shannon made steps to keep the room clean like increasing the cleaning intervals and having doors installed Tyler a maintenance gentlemen at the complex came to my apparent to check a leaky faucet he let me know when he was going into my apartment and also left me a long handwrittenfantastic penmanship I might add note on the work order explaining what he had done and that they would need to call in a professional The professional was in my apartment in less than 5 working days and fixed the faucetnMy apartment although outdated was very very clean when I moved in with fresh paint and new carpet For my price range I am very happy with my new home it even has a tiny balcony Some other reviews complain about parking which I find very silly your only rule is to not park like an a and have a parking pass 719CantDrive The parking spots are also pretty wide you can easily get your groceries out without worrying about hitting the car next to younThe one item of note is the trash Which is not the complexs fault but of course the trash company its self They obviously do the absolute minimum In fact I believe its someone with the complex that goes around every week and picks up all the trash that has blown around Thanks Colorado because the trash company cant be bothered to pick up that extra bag that fell out of the dumpster more ... hide ...
