Good clean quiet safe environment good for seniors and friendly pet friendly I like the dreammore or I give them four stars it could be better but it is a good peaceful roof over my head thank God

Not a bad place lived there for 3 years might be haunted dont know yet lol near the lake Colfax is kinda loud but mostly on the weekends and I mean if you live in the back there is not a view so my family would just chill in the stairs if we wanted to see downtown or something and theres elevators which was useful for us because we lived on the 4th floor and 2019-06-19T06:49:33Z

I would give a no star but have to select to write a review Building is rundown and has only one elevator working and even that one will make you wait about 2030 mins to get into your apartment Other residents say that the other elevator has been broken for about a month Office staff have no will or care for the residents and have done nothing to fix the sis 2016-09-24T23:58:46Z
