I applied in June and its now septnI was given this resource after contacting the Governors OfficennI know that there are many people needing help Its definitely many applications that are being handled I completely understand thatnnBut i was told I was approved after waiting several months and it would take 710 days after being approved before reaching my landlordnnWhom is still saying nothing has been sent and the fees still keep going up even with me payingnnThe news said it was funds to help those impactednPeople rely on the help and their word but if its not happening as they say Then dont tell people thisnnIts now Sept I submitted all documents the status keeps changing as if someone is playings with it daily Its still saying Application Under Review but then a few days before it said Approved For Payment By Reviewer but nothing was sentnnNow the lead reviewer has to do a final review which I was told it would happen within a day or twonNothing yet he has to give me an update on the Monday coming Communication has been wonderfulnnBut still nothing sent or gone no further than Application Under ReviewnnIts sad because you dont know if this is really a resource to help or what I never believe in posting about my negative experiencesnBut maybe this will get their attention and get a response and the help in which was told to menThey should broadcast just how hard it is to actually get the help it has to go through this approval with this person and that onennBut still and yet it says approved and they say in the email your approved Please dont give false hopenTBnnUpdate It was a long process but the help was there as they said it would be Just got to have patience and understanding

I went in to see about housing for my brother This is a very clean and beautiful place Well kept on the inside and out The staff is very cordial there is parking for the staff residents and guests 5 Star
