The property manager Mareen Jordan definitely does not need to have a position as such Not only does she not have her tenants best interest at heart she doesnt care about the children either Mareen is very unprofessional with her tenants Treating them as if they are beneath her and society because they are receiving assistance with housing Cussing yelling sc

The property manager Mareen Jordan definitely does not need to have a position as such Not only does she not have her tenants best interest at heart she doesnt care about the children either Mareen is very unprofessional with her tenants Treating them as if they are beneath her and society because they are receiving assistance with housing Cussing yelling screaming and hanging up in their ear if things dont go her way You are never supposed to ask questions or have an opinion that differs from Mareens If youre on their sec8 waiting list and currently living in their public housing they will play with your voucher and do everything to try and strip that opportunity for you If you ever go to court about your home please be prepared to move if you win They will stalk you come in your home when theyre not supposed to and set traps to get you up out of there I feel sorry for the rest of the staff in there They know she is playing dirty but she is their boss and if they want to keep their job they have to do as she says At this point I dont care what happens My voucher was held because I won in court and when NHAMareen Jordan appealed it I won again Needless to say I still dont have my voucher and they still hit me for any penny they can When you ask to speak to someone higher than her they refer you to Deandra Wilson in PA HUD They are in it together You will get nowhere with her either Stay away from NHA I know everyone wants to get out the city but dealing with this housing authority will have you homeless and or in jail
