First off let me start by saying that my husband and I have been living here for 5 years going on 6 in February We have always dealt with recurring issues such as frequent pests almost every week and high Delmarva bills because of their poor HVAC system but we never made a fuss about it and yet they continued to go up on our rent each year With that being said my husband recently parked in his normal parking space and his vehicle was towed because of slightly being on the line Now due to lack of security someone hit and ran his vehicle in the same parking lot last year and we had to pay for the full damages Because of that he has always parked his vehicle a certain way as to prevent the same issue from happening again The manager Jennifer Mercado was not understanding of this issue and disagreed to reimburse us for the towing cost while pretty much blaming us for what happened We took this complaint to the regional manager and received a response but were still waiting on a resolution If you dont want to deal with the headache of paying for an overpriced apartment with the anxiety of worrying about safety cleanliness and parking then dont take a second look at Glen Eagle Village Jennifer prefers to tow loyal tenants cars instead of addressing the real issue which is keeping out an overload of abandoned cars intruders and according to her Cars that prevent tenants from getting out of their parking spaces which was not the case with my husband The maintenance is already a disappointment to begin with but if property managers and owners can go around towing tenant vehicles without question then they dont deserve a dime from anyone and you should HIGHLY question their integrity more ... hide ...

I was one of the first residents to move into Alder Creek and I love this place management is always helpful and understanding Even though they only have one maintenance guy repair work is always done with lightning speed I am always recommending alder creek to people that want a nice quiet place to live

worst place to live ever tameyka is so rude and they do background checks on guest without consent and ban them for stupid things like records from when they were youth avoid wasting time and money and rent elsewhere

So I got my phone call to move in I did all my paperwork that needed to be done I was told that I would have my apartment by a certain date I didnt Then i was finally given a date to move in and right before I was supposed to move in I was called and told I couldnt move in and had to wait They told me I had to wait because of am emergency transfer I guess 2018-09-21T20:39:03Z
So I got my phone call to move in I did all my paperwork that needed to be done I was told that I would have my apartment by a certain date I didnt Then i was finally given a date to move in and right before I was supposed to move in I was called and told I couldnt move in and had to wait They told me I had to wait because of am emergency transfer I guess me being homeless with 3 kids wasnt an emergency to Ms Jackson nAnyway I called several times to see how long it would be until I could move in and i was ignored Im fact Ms Jackson answered and then hung up on me nobody moved into that apartment that was taken from me until a MONTH after they told me they had an emergency transfer Now thankfully for my sister who also lives at these apartments Ive been staying with her The neighbors are impossible I have a 1 year old and they bang when he walks and yells up through the floor cursing Because of these neighbors and their lies my sister has been evicted over a dispute they started The children out here are ghetto and severely disrespectfulthese apartments are the perfect example of the ghetto Dont waste your time even applying Ms Jackson the property manager is extremely rude and unprofessionalover this place more ... hide ...
