Asprey is a great place to live The property manager Susan and the maintenance supervisor Dan are far in away some of the best I have ever encountered Highly recommend this place

EDIT81022nI have added a star because Brent has finally been able to resolve the issue Hopefully this is part of a trend with the company who now owns the apartmentnnEDIT 8822nAfter repeatedly promising to meet with me in person or over the phone the manager Brent Manter is blowing me off and trying to evict me again Brent I gave you documentation several times how hard is this to fix I shouldnt have to take Franklin Street to court to keep a roof over my head when I already paid you guysnnDo not move here they will try to steal your moneynnEDIT Now the new company that owns this place is trying to evict me for the bogus payments the office staff couldnt get the old company to fixnn DO NOT MOVE HERE nnThe office staff are helpful and nice but the company that owns this place Cushman and Wakefield is awful My apartment was not ready at movein date the movein costs changed several times service requests never get addressed and worst of all they have added three inappropriate fees for instance for not having renters insurance even though I submitted documentation of it and apparently ignore the onsite staff who are trying to help me fix it

I typically do not write reviews unless I am upset and extremely dissatisfied with a company However I have decided that I should also start writing reviews if a company deserves onennFirst I am very hard to please I have had nine successful leases before moving here and the last two resulted in me canceling my lease altogether because I refuse to pay to live somewhere when I am not happy with the environment and the office staffnnUpon moving to Westbury the two things that have always been consistent is great customer service from the office staff and quick service resolutions from maintenance when I place a service request The staff has always been friendly noncombative and accommodating when I have an issue My packages have never been stolen smoking is not allowed on the stairways or in the breezeways they will sen pest control as often as you desire and other residents are not allowed to keep their smelly trash outside of their front door herennI just renewed my lease in May and I am happy with my decision Nowhere is perfect but because of Westburys willingness to resolve every issue expeditiously they come close I would recommend Westbury to anyone because they care about their residents happiness
