Squirrels get into the attic through the soffit outside and live there They do not address the problem regardless of how many service requests you put in Ive lived in 2 different units on this property over the last 3 years and Ive always had to share my apartment with the squirrels They run around scratch and claw and keep you up all night management does nothing to address it When I moved from one apartment to another they charged me to replace the carpet due to pet urine Ive never owned a pet while Ive lived here nor have I had a pet in my apartment They didnt care to hear that they just put whatever charge they deem necessary on your online account and text you saying you need to go online and pay it the same day During the pandemic tenants saw lease renewals increase in the neighborhood of 600 p month I would not recommend living here more ... hide ...

Blue sky has a great Community but the have a really bad roach problem Im talking bad there everywhere and cant be contained Pest comes every 2 weeks It is still bad This does not apply to just one apartment based on visiting others apartments You can be the cleanest person and you still will have roaches in your apartments I told my sister she has to 2022-02-25T07:02:03Z

Worst place to leave New Manager is so disrespectful she dont know how to talk to the residents She ordering now to close our pool at 5pm I have 2 kids arriving from school and I cant take them to the pool after school because she came screaming tell me and others residents to leave the pool at 510p on a Saturday no make sense is summer time and we deserve t 2022-05-22T21:20:04Z
