I am looking for a place for my mother and drove by this location with the Now Leasing sign on the gate Before I got out of my car I was informed that there is no guest parking and I needed to move my car to the unpaved lot next door As I pulled into this lot I was directed to there were about 8 people sitting there staring at me which made me question my choice so I decided to just leave I came home and decided to read the reviews of this location and after doing so I went back the following week for another try I pulled into this questionable parking lot where again there were several people sitting and staring at me but this time I got out of my car and went into the building I went up to the only window I saw and there was a person sitting behind the glass so I assumed I was at the correct place for information I stood there unacknowledged for about 3 minutes when the young lady looked up at me I explained that I was interested in information for my mother and I was quickly told there is nothing available but I was welcome to leave my name for the waiting list I was already offended at this point so I just said no thank you without asking why there is a now leasing sign if there is a waiting listnI am happy for the folks who have left rave reviews for this location however my experience was anything but Right from the uneasy feeling parking and walking thru what felt like a judgment brigade to being ignored by the young lady sitting at the desk Definitely will continue my search elsewhere more ... hide ...

Has bedbugs roaches chiggers out of 3 floors only 1 12 floors security buzzers work Manager Jeanette is more worried about saving money than security security door broken for 2 weeks stranger walking in

I would give this place zero stars but Google wont allow me too This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible They currently have a very bad mice infestation and theyre sending The Pest Control person to spray for the infestation I mean who does that The County and or HUD shouldve shut and tore this place down long time ago All of this money that theyre getting from the 2022-05-06T00:34:26Z
