I pay 930 a month for this apartment that doesnt get cold I cant receive mail because the mail boxes are all broken into the property wont fix them they will say they are which theyve said since I moved here in March the post office doesnt feel safe leaving mail there due to peoples mail being stolen which is a huge inconvenience beings tho I do not drive a 2020-09-16T15:22:45Z

Changed ownership At one time it was run as a group home where they cared about the residents Now a big business its all about the bottom line not helping the residents that are disabled

When I first moved to Mt Carmel in 2019 it was slightly worse than stories I heard I knew that that wasnt how I wanted to raise my children for my time being I started working with the community and removing those who didnt make this place a better place we are now one of the most quiet HUD homes and respectful to our community
