Dont move here My apartment flooded twice within my first two months of living here the wall and carpet completely flooded including the bathroom and kitchen The only service they provided was the utilization of vacuums and fans in order to fry the water instead of repairing and replacing the water pipesnnTheres mold and a roach infestation within every unit and management turns a blind eye You can report it and nothing gets donennTheres theft break ins and domestic disputes almost every single night and management does nothing to add a sense of security The security gate has been broken for the past 2 years and management has refused to fix it although theres children living herennThe gym and the pool is closed every day and they neglect the garbage compound area leaving the area infested with roaches and raccoonsnnMaintenance isnt available daily due to their being a lack of staffing but he does the best that he cannnManagement is disrespectful and rude with no regard to your time or your space Theyll charge late and hidden fees although youve made payments on time They dont answer the phone youll automatically be sent to automated systems and dont forget that they simply do not carennTheres better apartments to move into that is more cost efficient and that provides management that cares for their residents more ... hide ...

I love living here Ive been here a little over 6 months and havent had any issues at all Maintenance comes right away the office team is always super helpful and the neighborhood is always quiet I plan to live her for a few years Such a great community Not to mention it loveeee my apartment its huge and has everything I need
