One star is beyond generous if there was anyone in Osceola County who could hold these officials accountable they would get zero and owe me 5 starsnFor the last year the interim final rule was the guidance for the county to follow did they nope How do I know Because they are still ignoring me and have gone out of the way to pretend I dont exist why because they are making simple things more difficult short processes longer and transparency has become suspicious Has anyone actually poked their noses in the audit logs To see where all the funds that were supposed to go to head of households or tenants really ended up ERA1and ERA2 assistance funds were sent to help and as of April 1st the Final rule became law has anyone from the county bothered to call me and honor my application that they have since August of last year denied because according to them I never qualified Not one person so now they cant even honor the law or the people they have been given the responsibility to help Oh plus I Am disabled unfortunately going through treatments for Leukemia and staring homelessness right in the face unbelievably Rude and misguided

Low income housing Mostly black and Hispanic residants Today looked cleaner than usual furniture and debris picked up from dumpster When I asked tenant why the air conditioner was full of mold he said was afraid to complain about maintenance issue for fear of losing apartment Could be heresay but tenant appeared to be weary of unfair administrative practices

I am very pleased moving here Catina and Ivenette at the front office are very informative compassionate and truly care about their residents and needs The maintenance men are very quick and efficient with a friendly smile All the neighbors are very nice and respectful The buildings inside and out are very spacious and clean Thank you ladies and gentlem

DO NOT LIVE HERE There are so many other locations that are in the same price range and are way better The Parking situation is absolutely terrible If you work late good luck and if you live towards the back of the neighborhood then you will most likely have to walk 56 blocks a night or prepare to have your car towed they dont honor there tow policy as I con

DO NOT LIVE HERE There are so many other locations that are in the same price range and are way better The Parking situation is absolutely terrible If you work late good luck and if you live towards the back of the neighborhood then you will most likely have to walk 56 blocks a night or prepare to have your car towed they dont honor there tow policy as I constantly noticed vehicles with no parking pass service vans parked in the same spot for weeks taking residential parking Good luck having visitors over at night because theyll be towed and they need a visitor pass but the office closes at 5pm So no visitors Flat tire they still tow it The leasing office is a joke they are rude disrespectful and no one knows whats going on unless its the manager The maintenance team is terrible we had an apartment inspection and we opened the door to him and everything and when he arrived all he did was ask if everything was ok and we said yeah I asked if he wanted to check the apartment and said Nah I dont have too as long as everything ok if thats not negligent I dont know what is They barely empty the valet trash The streets have pot holes the apartments have roaches none of the equipment works at workout center the pool area is dirty and its not a gated community the gate has never been closed once The only good thing is the location but there are more suitable locations Again do not live here

I have been living in Heatherwood Apartments for a few months now and have been very happy with my decision to stay here The onsite maintenance crew is incredibly responsive and the apartments are always clean I would highly recommend staying at this community to anyone who wants a good location with great amenities
