The worst property I have ever lived in My hot water went out several times The leasing office told me to boil my hot water They never fixed anything The ceiling was molding and they refused to clean the ceiling after the roof leaked They do not have proper customer service skills I had to call corporate several times Thankful this place is in our past

I came here to deliver food to one of the residents of this location There was no apartment number and the phone doesnt work Do to the delicacies of this particular order I asked the from office manager older thin white woman could she please call up to the resident to let them know their food is here I was met with attitude and talked to like I some how dont comprehend how the basic rental rules go I know you cant give me your residents information That is why I asked can you call the resident yourself please The woman with attitude said she will see in a bit go have a seat in the waiting room I sit on a chair to be told to move to another room to wait like the help where Ive patient lly waited about 10 to 15 minutes now If it werent for the type of order it is i wouldnt be so up in arms about make sure the customer gets what they ordered However I am net with attitude and dismissal at this location So if you live here please dont need them for anything the way she handled this made it very clear once youre contracted in they no longer give 2 flying Fs about you at all The dismissal of no concern for another human being and their needs was apparent and present today The way it was worded can only lead to the conclusion that once youre here and contracted you no longer matter and your complaints or needs will go unheard please choose wisely before you sign a contract getting stuck some where you dont want to be and treated like you do not matter update the order was for an employee and another employee came to help retrieve their orders The woman I first encountered was not helpful kind caring or concerned at all The second was more matter of fact helpful but still helpful none the less more ... hide ...

The rent is to high for such a low maintenance complex The garbage compressor hasnt worked nor fixed since Ive been here three months The management office keeps the pool lock during the summer monthschool break and weekends its always up to their discretion The maintenance team do not go far and beyond to ensure that work orders have been completed or to tenants satisfactory The management office is mostly closed or has a closed sign on the door first pace Ive lived in that the office is closed for two hours for lunch They said they would do pressure cleaning to the buildings what I noticed was the spider webs were moved from the front of the building to the inner part and the outer part of the building Im still trying to wrap my head around the security gate that doesnt workshould be something that is advertised The kitchen appliances are really outdated when I moved in the oven was not working and the fridge cant be full because it will turn off lets not talk about how dirty it was when I moved in I had to clean it The walls have horrible patching jobs you can pinpoint every little hole the previous tenants made Thank you more ... hide ...
