Well I just moved here about 3 months ago And I have paid so many different rent amounts Roaches yes I put in a maintenance request two weeks ago and Im waiting But yet again I see a lot of maintenance driving around and those little cars throughout the whole day and have not came to my apartment yet Office never answer the phone

My mother in law lives there and cant wait to move out of that awful place Move in there and youll hate it just like my mother in law I have seen things that should never happen especially when youre paying and youre old and deserve to live at a peaceful place We dont recommend this place and the office staff to anyone who wish to live in a place where he or she can be treated well Dont rent there because it you do youll regreat it Very very bad place Dont move there unless you want to live in fear be abused and bullied Dont believe the two women from the office or youll have many years of regreat and pain Theyre deceitful Theyll be very nice to you and even for a couple of weeks after you move and when they know family is coming to check on you They dont care about any of the people who live therennWe give them one star because we couldnt give less Honestly dont be fooled by the office people because if you believe them youll have the rest of your life to cry like my mother in law and regreat not having gone to another place Every time we come to Orlando to visit her and leave crying with our hearts completely broken Now we only have a few more months to the lease is over and were taking her to a better place where she can be happy and where shes not abused Just turn around and run away from that place There are many good places where to put our parents just not this one This next time were doing a more complete research of the place we put our loving mother more ... hide ...

Ive been living here since my childhood 2003 Now I have my own apartment with my family and I love it All the staff is amazing Maintenance does such a great job with the property and apartments my work orders get done promptly Housekeeping keeps the property looking beautiful Thank you Berkshire
