I have lived here in Royal Oaks since it was still Highland Oaks and for the most part I have loved the changes that the new management has been making My biggest problem is they have kept my son and I on hold since October 2015 telling us they would move us into one of their new renovated apartments by January 2016 when that didnt happen they told us they w 2016-07-11T22:50:12Z
I have lived here in Royal Oaks since it was still Highland Oaks and for the most part I have loved the changes that the new management has been making My biggest problem is they have kept my son and I on hold since October 2015 telling us they would move us into one of their new renovated apartments by January 2016 when that didnt happen they told us they would extend our lease and by August 2016 they should have a new apartment for us Now here it is July 2016 and we get a notice that not only do they not have an apartment for us but that they are not going to renew our lease What kind of mess is that We have paid our rent every month on time and in full we dont give management any problems and we have been extremely patient hoping to eventually get our new place and now we have to find another place to move because they have dropped the ball on us wow We deserve so much better than that more ... hide ...

The convenience of I4 and North NOT makes this location idea for commuting around Orlando My 1st few days someone stole my bicycle off my porch Was very unhappy to find out the apartment complex neighboring this property is filled with an abundance of undesirables who are criminals Not so happy about that Would like to see Royal American Management make th 2018-06-15T12:37:17Z
