Ive lived here for about 5 months and Im happy I think the apartment is spacious and perfect for a first apartment Of course nothing is perfect and the price Is great Im not sure what more you expect but I have no issues the only complaint I could even mention is its kinda tough getting a hold of the front office but for the most part I love my apartment 2021-07-05T19:12:38Z

Irma is great but Linda is mean I lived there for 4 years always paid rent on time and always cleaned after my dogs and sometimes other dogs Terrible mold in my apartment and children are NOT allowed to play outside They allow some people to do whatever they want and other people get harassed for no reason other than Linda doesnt like them I didnt even recei 2020-11-12T17:24:55Z

Ive been out here for 2 years and it has not been great The management crew and new maintenance crew is horrible out here Ive made countless complaints and management doesnt seem to care Ive been falsely accused of speeding in the complex when I walk every where When I asked if they had a photograph or video of me driving in a vehicle they say they dont need to have one I am a person of color and feel as though I was profiled for something I didnt do if I dont drive Cheryl was very rude and closed the door in my face while I was asking for an explanationnThey dont care about your complaints There are children in my building who constantly run up and down the stairs scream and hitting walls and doors and nothing has been resolved about it The neighbors that allow this are so inconsiderate of other people in the buildingnI wouldnt recommend this place to anyone Theyve went up on the rent TWICE in one year and then decide to decrease the rent by 3 They never answer the phone when its a hour or 30 minutes before closing They dont email you The rent was increased with no amenities only one person for gym and no pool The buildings are full of trash and look filthy The trash area looks so unprofessional they tie papers on to the fences instead of buying a real sign to place up in that area Imagine the projects Thats what this place is turning into more ... hide ...
