I have lived at Charleston Club for several years beginning in 2014 It had always been run by Concord Management at best it was subpar The leasing off was barely open for 2 hours on 2 days a week and the community was falling apart Ive moved back to Charleston in 2021 several month later a new management took over Peak Living Ive seen a complete turn around 2022-01-24T14:59:28Z
I have lived at Charleston Club for several years beginning in 2014 It had always been run by Concord Management at best it was subpar The leasing off was barely open for 2 hours on 2 days a week and the community was falling apart Ive moved back to Charleston in 2021 several month later a new management took over Peak Living Ive seen a complete turn around with Peak Living The office hours are open during normal business hours phone calls and emails always answered promptly something that never happened in the pastnPeak Living has made major improvements to this complex along with structural repairs to much of the buildings Everything from stucco repairs to new lighting in every breezeways The property Manager Shanna consistently emails the residents of all up coming information from compactors being full to inspections along with a notice on the door Residents no longer have to wonder what is going they are on top of things constantly I am very please with everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance crew as well The one problem I had with a non working AC was handled by the maintenance manager Johnathon promptly in non business hours on the weekend My leasing officer was Eilyn and she walked me through every step answered every concern through email and phone call and that was before Peak Living was the management company I am still very much grateful with how hard she worked for me back during the worst of the pandemic I thank everyone working at Charleston Club for all they do and are doing to make this community one of the best in Sanford hands down more ... hide ...

I just want to say thank you for always being there when I need your help for being on time and fixing everything so quickly Maintenance people are awesome and very respectful They always knock on the door and ask permission to come in and if Im not home they called me and asked permission to come inside Thank you for your service

The gentleman came and did an excellent job I asked him for a shower head too which seems to be clogged and only dribbles water so it is difficult to take a sufficient showernnHe told me to make another maintenance request I thought i had mold on the bathroom floor but he told me it wasnt mold but in the corner near the shower the floor is coming up So i gue 2022-04-13T21:37:23Z
