I currently on my second year here Things I think you should know ask and understand before moving here ACin summer time expect to pay 200300 because the insulation in these apartments are trash The Ac is always breaking or leakingthey are putting new ones in but only for people who really need themnmake sure you ask if your apartment will have LIGHTING because it was really upsetting to have NO lights in my bedrooms just a fan and other apartments have them If you are looking at the LOFTS just know it gets really hot upstairs The TUBS are painted so expect some chipping The sliding glass doors are a joke you cant even use the screen PARKING Is so bad here I have a 7month old and there are times Im walking 3buliding down from my apartment Washer and dryers are available in unit I found this out after a year and 2 months of living here to find out 2 months later they are included in new lease just please make sure you really ask and inspect the Apt your gonna live in not all of them are like this but its very frustrating when you have to live in a place you call home and it isnt what you expected Im still here because I had my first child a few months before my lease was up and who wants to move with a new baby more ... hide ...
