The staff was very rude when i just simply inquired about their 1 bedroom The person that answered the phone hung up in my face and did not even answer my questions or concern Very discouraging when looking for a place to live

We moved into Oak Ramble in 2020 We were moving from out of state and since that was during Covid times we werent able to do a tour so we really were just hoping for the best We did a lot of research into different apartments and Oak Ramble had the most consistent best reviews The reviews didnt lie We lived here for 2 years and we didnt have any major issues 2022-06-16T14:56:50Z
We moved into Oak Ramble in 2020 We were moving from out of state and since that was during Covid times we werent able to do a tour so we really were just hoping for the best We did a lot of research into different apartments and Oak Ramble had the most consistent best reviews The reviews didnt lie We lived here for 2 years and we didnt have any major issues during our time here The few times we had problems they were very prompt with responding to those work orders over those 2 years we had an issue with our toilet not refilling our dishwasher not cleaning well and some of the wall by our AC filter got damp and our washing machine wasnt draining they even reimbursed us for our washer rental for the time it wasnt working All of these issues they remedied very quickly They do enforce the visitor parking so be aware of that Our only complaint is that we lived in one of the 14602 buildings that are across the street from each other so packages or especially food deliveries would get mixed up often It would be nice if they would add the street names under the building numbers to help with that confusion All in all would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an apartment in the area more ... hide ...

Staff here are very unpleasant visiting my sick aunt spending a few days with her working from home and the power went out wasnt my aunt told me to go to front office to try to get a maintenance person out to the unit as outside was 90 degrees and she needed the ac to cool down I also needed electricity for internet etc The lady at the front office was just 2022-06-08T19:50:22Z
