Ive lived here for a year now and have recently renewed my lease I havent experienced any problems with managementtheyve been really helpful in resolving any problems Under this new management Ive seen the improvements gates actually closed property kept clean etc Maintenance requests are done in a timely order and youre not going to find a better rental price in TampannCant wait for the weather to warm back up so my children and I can hit the poolnnREVIEW UPDATE April 2022 and has lived here since 2017nI noticed my review being one of the top ones so I wouldnt want people to sign a lease here and think that its ALL GOOD Its NOT I will always say the apartments are in a great location Honestly close to everythingnnBefore switching management again I enjoyed living herenNow just to echo some of the sentiments left in the more recent reviews the amenities we pay for dont work laundry gated community pool dirty etc rent increases with NO update to units and the office is impossible to reachnnTWO maintenance requests marked as completed with no work done and TWO big a holes still in my apartment where a RAT has been in and out since 22322the date of the initial request The same sense of urgency they have about collecting their rent each month needs to be the same energy devoted to fixing some things around here I stuck around for another year but cannot WAIT until my lease is up more ... hide ...

So Im updating my review I wish I could give them a negative zero star Lately I been having issues with the gate which I was going to let go but I decided to call the office and inform them today First of all i had to call over 5 times for someone to answer then she couldnt help me when I get a call back she says is my phone like the gate hasnt been calling in a couple weeks I even tried calling myself in and it doesnt ring at all I seen other cars having the same issue to add on it the pool still not working and it is summer time they always have some lame excuse HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH ITnnI been living here for now almost two years at first the gate never worked then the pool has been closed 90 of the times they recently had new management which the increase some of the prices even though you had a lease signed they always have water shut down or electricity etc They expensive for the size and the amenities that they offer and dont work The new owners are ridiculous I give them one star so I can leave a review but they dont even deserve that All the new hidden fees and charges are out of control I cant wait for my lease to end and leave this hell place more ... hide ...

We moved in a few months ago and from the start the property manager griselle was on top of everything which made our moving experience less stressful The staff here is super friendly So glad we choose this place The floor plan we have is so spacious Only con is limited parking due to unassigned parking But neither the less we are still enjoying the place

This past week I had an AC issue and submitted a work order Sunday evening The issue was addressed by Brooke Matthew Jon and the maintenance team immediately The part for the AC was ordered Monday and installed on Wednesday In the meantime I was kept up to date on the status and the team installed a temporary AC unit to keep me comfortable while the repair w 2022-05-20T15:07:37Z

This place is disgusting Do not waste your time or money moving here I have been dealing with disgusting roach problems since moving in I complained multiple times and all they keep saying is oh maybe if I keep my apartment clean they will go away I have multiple so called treatment from pest control and the problem is getting worse These people should be ashamed of themselves All they do is take your money waste on gate that dont work and multiple useless cameras Management comes whenever they feel like it into your apartment They are all rude in the office and kept telling me Im the only one with the roach problem which is a complete lie I spoke to some neighbors and the whole building is crawling with roaches All the appliances are old and outdated but they wont change or fix anything I hate this place and feel so bad that I brought my children here I cant wait to leave this roach nest they call apartments Im tired of constantly cleaning I have traps all over the place which makes me nervous because I have a toddler Im paying 1162 a month to clean up roaches on a daily basis more ... hide ...
