Gentrification At Its Finest My mom lived out her for 5 12 years The old owner was horrible and the new owner is even worse Her refrigerator broke and it took them about a year to replace it and it was leaking Her dishwasher stopped working shortly after and it still hasnt been replaced her roof is leaking and she is on the ground level its been leaking for at least 5 or 6 months Thats is the reason she didnt resign her lease when the new owner came in They told her they would move her and never did they tried to illegally evict her fortunately she keeps up with her paper work The floor is soaked from her pluming being broken and it has seeped into her apt Her house caught a fire from the stove she had asked be replaced for months and they replaced the stove but not the burnt overhead or burnt cabinets and she has never had to go to court for her rent So this is how they treat good and loyal tenants She was recently told AGAIN that they would move her but her rent would be 980 They are renovating the aparents but there are ROACHES IN THE WALLS They also added some lighting outside so its never night time This place is horrible Dont move here unless you want to be mistreated Trust me you will be because they have a lot of work to do before this place is worth 980 more ... hide ...

Only move here if you want to feel unsafe and inconvenienced every day of your lease During my year and a half I have seen over 20 car windows broken into experienced almost daily gun shot noises and even watched a shootout right in front of the building Even after they installed more cameras crime has not reduced I once even had my cars license plate stolen WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA RidiculousnnThe apartment flooring is paper thin and you can hear the people above you walking all day long Loud leaf blowers seem to come twice a week and are very annoying if you work from home Some of the people who live here have ZERO respect for their living space and will just leave their trash including empty bottles and bags of old food in the parking lot or in other public spacesnnThe actual living space is OK Its pretty big for what you pay for and gets the job done Though we did have cockroaches more often than one would likennThe only plus side is the super cheap rent which unfortunately is all I could afford as a college student But fearing for my life and belongings for a year and a half was certainly not fun more ... hide ...

Awful when they first open it was very nice The gate is always unlocked and or broken They must do better taking care of those elderly people Its very sad how this place have went down this way It was nasty stairs needs mopping as well by the mailboxhallways need attention Fix the gate for security of your residencenI wish I knew to talk too about this matt 2022-04-27T09:40:53Z
