I used to live here It was ok at first Then after about a year it became horrible There was a leak in my apartment in the middle of the living room that they took months to fix Maintenance kept coming back over and over and it still wasnt fixed And this was during the pandemic Somebodys dirty laundry water from their washing machine leaking in the middle of 2022-02-28T23:48:11Z
I used to live here It was ok at first Then after about a year it became horrible There was a leak in my apartment in the middle of the living room that they took months to fix Maintenance kept coming back over and over and it still wasnt fixed And this was during the pandemic Somebodys dirty laundry water from their washing machine leaking in the middle of my living room during the pandemic LOTS of water It was nasty and unsanitary and I felt unsafe They didnt fix it until I called the management company The neighbors were quiet when I first moved in But before I moved neighbors in 3 different units near me would fight and scream to the top of their lungs outside And the neighborhood became more dangerous before I moved I used to hear gun shots all the time And people have gotten shot and killed walking distance from the apartments I definitely do not recommend this apartment There was also mold all over a lot of my clothes and shoes and I had to throw some of them away I told them that I saw mold on the window seal when I first moved in and they told me It not mold it probably mildew The windows leaked when it rained and the blinds would get wet They never fix it And they never answered the phone in the leasing office more ... hide ...

I certainly wouldnt recommend this place under current management Topics covered pest control ethics professionalismnnSheri is highly unethical She naturally has a gray demeanor to everyone very well ill mannered Im a visitor of my grandfather who cannot be alone due to his mental statedisabilities Ive always visited him on occasion then I would return home My grandmother Cheryl Wyatt was initially there and is still present on his leasing agreement She had to return home to assist her mother so she asked me to fill in her place temporarily Ive been traveling back and forth from home work school and to my grandfathers for about 2 weeks My grandmother dropped in to speak with Sheri to clarify things June 14 2019 Sheri said was all was wellnnDuring my stay I noticed a change in the atmosphere as it took a toll on my health and well being it affected my grandfather the same Weve experienced several rashes hives bites respiratory infections I had to resolve this issue My grandparents have experienced problems of this nature in the past such as infestations and rodents entering the home from other units I had an exterminator come to expectwithout knowledge of the pest control company servicing Gateway Capitol View The exterminator confirmed bed bugs Wow Im not sure how the bed bugs entered we know they could come from anywhere I can confirm the exterminator stated that theyve been there for months considering the stages of the bugs and other findingsnnI immediately reported this issue and concerns to Sheri June 19 2019 Her response Well did they start in that unit Me Im not sure I dont believe so I was not here I do know theyve been here for some time Sheri Give me the report from the exterminator you called I have to send this over to my manager We have to provide services through our company Me Ok thats totally fine I was unaware that you all already have a company in place for treatment I just wanted to let others know especially to prevent spreading I also told her that itd be best that adjacent units be inspected as we do not know how this began She did not agree She replied the other units are fine Sheri Youll know more soon Ill place a letter on your doornnThe letter informed us that there would be treatment yesterday Tuesday June 25 2019 it included a list to preparenThe exterminator visited several units yesterday and he finally came to us He only inspected My grandfather was down under the impression his unit would be treated I already had someone inspect Sheri and the letter stated herself they would be here to begin treatment I asked the exterminator Jimmy if they think the process could begin immediately He stated he doesnt see why not he said he would discuss this with management Sheri says they wouldnt be able to start treatment until a week HAHA it gets better She rolls her eyes and says well youre welcome to use an outside company What Which one is it Thats what I tried to do the first time Im totally fine with whichever its company rules however this is extremely unprofessional and inconsistentnnThe same day she served a letter to my grandfather while I was away that he was in violation of his lease Others are to not live there I do not reside with my grandfather Im happy to provide a lease of my own Please review tapingsnnThis lady is god awful It truly saddened me Ive never seen a person with so much hate in their eyes for a pleasant individual whom they do not know I showed her the utmost respect throughout the entire time Were kids under her Im here to do one thing I had one concern pertaining to this place My grandfather Johnny Wyatt Please thoroughly look into these concerns and conditions It would be appreciated Thank younnBestnMia Wyatt more ... hide ...
