Let me make this short My grandma lives here and has been living here for 8 years and while the place is nice the staff mainly the upfront lady dont care about the residents The central air broke 4 years ago and since then every year around June they deny my 75 year old grandma the ABILITY to put in an air conditioner Im not asking them to buy her one because I can buy her one and put it in myself They are denying us the ability to put one in and still wont put one in themselves Every year my mom and I have to go and argue with staff to try and get this resolved Their excuse There is no AC unit available and they give residents a fan to put in the hallway and instruct the residents to let the cool air from the hallway to cool off their apartment While some residents do have an AC my grandma doesnt and this has been an ongoing issue for the past 4 years and I refuse to let this go on for a 5th more ... hide ...

Not that i hate this place its the office staff that is very unprofessional they dont contact you back after you have expressed interest concerning housing and they dont follow up with you neither
