I want to say me being around someone that had never to a vacation and never really took off that this is the worse company to work for they steal people money and time They dont know what they doing in payroll The maintenance supervisor has been taking time off the employees because he dont feel like we worked it You have employees that stay drunk car accidents and all Never nothing has happened you got employees that had never been on property in vistas that never come to work at all but has so much to say about maintenance They dont follow protocol at all They let people from park west and hills do anything they want but the other side do so bad They dont check cameras on incidents There are supervisors that isnt a great fit since June of last year Indiana properties has went down hill because he cant use programs and he send profanity calls message emails to get what he wants You have extreme molded in vineyards and vista and courts They patch everything Your looking for a home dont go to neither of these and if you looking for employment if you dont tell him its done because he dont know what to do you basically out here more ... hide ...

I moved from out of state to be a caregiver for a couple of younger siblings I was excited to move to a new city and start over into a new chapter I wasnt able to come and see the place in person of course I knew I was risking moving into a place that I couldnt physically see But I was okay with moving and if I didnt like it breaking my lease to find something better My point of this review is to just let people know that they falsely advertise I remember asking a woman that works inside the leasing office specifically if there were any bugs or rodents They assured me there werent any sign of bugs or rodents When I got to the apartment there were dead roaches on the sides of carpets It took 1 month and a half but roaches were flooded in the kitchen Mice ran across my cousins feet I understand the rent was low as I have been told the area was rough But its the false advertising that got my attention to feel upset They were not honest about the living conditions Obviously the pictures uploaded are nothing like the real apartments The day I was supposed to move in was a Friday I told the office I was traveling all the way from east coast Travel delayed about 15 minutes and they wouldnt wait to give me a key Or even find a solution to help me get into my apartment So I had to take kids to hotel for 3 days 2 nights I had boxes outside my door delivered before I moved in Someone stole my belongings over the weekendThe women in the office are rude and unhelpful They have one job to do professional tenant service and they cant even do their jobs Ive had situations where I offered solutions to make things easier and they dont care more ... hide ...

I have lived her since Aug 2018 I only had issues with roaches when I first moved in I got that under controlled within the first week Having tenants who live nasty would be the cause of the roaches mice and bed bugs So you cant blame that on Heidi nor maintenance Anytime Ive requested maintenance they had it fixed within one to two days I believe paying r 2022-04-24T21:05:14Z

I have been extremely satisfied with my dads quality of care here and his apartment living space His apartment is nice clean and peaceful The medicine management team is like clockwork according to my dad They make SURE he receives his medicine timelynnHe said the medical staff kitchen staff admin staff activities director are a great team So far he thinks that the overall staff at this location is great He loves the food here too My hope is that the staff and the level of care STAYS great and hopefully whenever additional staff is hired hopefully they will make sure new individuals will measure up to the present staff Part of the amenities for residents is to have their apartment bathroom and kitchen cleaned Trash pick up is very organizedresidents are given the days for trash pick upand all they have to do is put the trash outside of their apartment door and it is picked up Laundry is done the same way but they are asked to put the laundry in a bag by the front door on the inside of their apartment After laundry is cleaned it is returned to the room My dad is satisfied with how all of this is managed My main concerns for my dad when we were looking for a place for him to call home was excellent medicine management overall quality of care a place that felt like home somewhere peaceful and a nice clean living space We also wanted a place that would be open to hearing any concerns and acting quickly if there are any Even a couple of very minor concerns that we addressed with the admin staff were handled with care and quickly We appreciate thisnnSo far Oasis has met my dads expectations and our expectations more ... hide ...

The five stars I give for this review is not for the Meridian North as a whole but specifically for the new assistant manager here Ashley Woods When I first moved in I would have given this place negative stars if that was a possibility based on the staff alone I havent had my mailbox keys nor had my maintenance request filled since I moved in during December of 2021 but in her first week Ashley as already gotten me my mailbox keys and I have seen maintenance come to my door twice to speak with me Unfortunately I was at work so I missed them but the fact that they have actually tried to contact me twice since Ashley has started gives me hope that she is the breath of fresh air that can breathe new life into the otherwise ridiculously managed apartment complex Keep doing your thing Ashley I appreciate younnSince I cant respond to the comment left by the Meridian North on my review Im adding this edit and pray you see it Please take my compliment with a grain of salt because I am not pleased with your staff whatsoever With the exception of Ashley no one calls me or responds to my emails in an even remotely timely fashion Trying to get in contact with the office is an absolute nightmare I came today to pick up my keys and after spending 30 mins calling repeatedly and being sent to the call center every time I dont want to give the impression that with the exception of the new Assistant manager there is anything that makes living here a positive experience in any way shape or form other than having a place to lay my head at night more ... hide ...

I have been living in these apartments since the beginning of February And this is the worst apartment establishment I have ever lived in Since I moved in I had to place 3 work orders 1 I had a cracked tile in the bathroom 2 constantly having a roach problem Especially in the hallway 3 closet door fell off the hinges and I barely move it Out of those 3 work orders only 1 was fixed The maintenance came in to fix my closet and that was all And also I reported about my refrigerator not working how its supposed to And NO MAINTENANCE has came to give me a new refrigerator And I reported this back February 27 And the office is telling me that they go based off emergencies for work orders Some of the workers here are nice expect for the assistant manager It was a simple miscommunication and very big misunderstanding that the assistant manager took way out of hand I was only trying to obtain information that I was never told about the parking permit when I first signed the lease The assistant manager was very rude disrespectful and was not professional She basically blamed me for not handing in my registration for my car and if I didnt understand it that I should have never signed the lease And also my car was towed due to me not having this permit sticker that I was never informed on when I first signed my lease Im going to be breaking my lease soon because I feel that this establishment does not care about there tenants more ... hide ...

Went to do a tour visit didnt get to see the unit due to me not having my ID went back with my ID next day and still couldnt see it because they said someone was on the way to move in but I could tell they just didnt feel like giving me a tour which is fine Everything happens for a reason the reviews are really terrible anyway I rather keep looking
