These apartments are so poorly run since In Tempus Realty took over as property management I have so many text messages screen shots and videos of how they half fix your apartment I didnt have a refrigerator for months and it wasnt until I said I would refuse to pay rent they replaced it BUT my oven is also out and had not worked for months It took me to sen 2019-09-12T14:27:18Z
These apartments are so poorly run since In Tempus Realty took over as property management I have so many text messages screen shots and videos of how they half fix your apartment I didnt have a refrigerator for months and it wasnt until I said I would refuse to pay rent they replaced it BUT my oven is also out and had not worked for months It took me to send a video because maintenance convinced the property management my oven did work but its convenient for them because now my lease is up and theyre just now ordering a new one They sent a glazer to fix my tub twice he cancelled numerous times before actually showing up and this third time my tub has a warranty and he still hasnt shown up to repair again convenient because my lease is now up this month My banister is lifted and nails are showing stairs need to be reinforced walking up to back door yet they havent They lose your rent checks and its happened to several residents They dont have onsite office you have to go to Jeffersonian apartments between 95 however they will leave for lunch at the same time and expect you to be patient until they come back They dont respect youre coming to pay rent on your lunch break etc theres no rent drop box Park forest property is clean because of elderly residents whove resided in the neighborhood for decades They all help out and plant flowers The neighborhood is well kept quiet etc because of the neighbors If you move here make sure you request a new air conditioning unit because theyre going out and I had to get a new one which is the one thing in tempus did right but pay attention to your lease if you sign it because they want you to pay for the furnace and any repairs if it goes out FYI theyre extremely old furnaces Theres also drug traffic at this point so be aware of that The bathroom floor is peeling there is mold around the sink and the entire bathroom needs to be repaired Property management are incompetent inconsiderate and ill trained I wouldve rated a zero but they dont have the option more ... hide ...

Quite Hallway Public Restroom are clean friendly tenets their r few things like bingobible study tenets meetings overall nice place to live As for as my apartment i do love mine with just a couple of changes could be changedwish that bathroom sink and toilet could be up higher than it is Bad for back and bad for circulation in legsnnd

Love my apartment I have lived out here for almost 3 years with my son who is now 6 We go fishing in our fully stocked pond right outside our patio its so pretty and relaxing having a pond right outside our back door When my stove went out they brought me a new one immediately still wrapped in plastic When my water heater went out they went installed a new o 2020-08-13T21:22:30Z

I moved in October of 2021the leasing office is very unprofessional Ive had many maintenance issues as well as them holding up their end Recently I received a letter saying I owed more than what I actually do The office is never open no one is ever there but they always make sure you pay them their money even with added on fees you knew nothing about Ive contacted the office 3 times in regards to me being in between jobs They claimed I owed them a late fee from the previous month knowing that if that was the case then I wouldve had to pay it with my rent from the previous month Ive called multiple times in that last 3 days no answer what so ever My power has went out numerous times as well as the other tenants in my building And Ive asked to speak with live agents on multiple occasions do not move here its a scam out of your money they have previous situations with the law for not being professional and handling livelihood of their tenants correctly more ... hide ...

If I could rate 0 stars I would It is ridiculous how slow they are to fix anything I have had to pay other people to fix issues in my apartment because of the incompetent maintenance workers that have been hired I complained about mice infestation and the office offered no help Water somehow gets in my apartmentin one area when it rains I notifiedthe office no help was offered again When I moved in washers and dryers were apart of the amenities When mine broke I went almost 25 years without one and spending unnecessary money at the laundromat When I repeatedly asked the office I was told it was not a major concern and HayesGibson was not replacing them I am unable to let my children play outside because of people constantly speeding down the road without stopping at stop signs large groups of unsupervised children running amock defacing property and fighting At least twice a week someone is shooting either at each other or in the air Lawn care is rarely completed Going to the office to complain about anything is a hassle as the office staff Minus MsCarla give you an attitude for wanting to have something fixed The office is closed every Wednesday for what Security is a joke I have through been through a few management changes and by far HayesGibson is a joke and terrible Oh not to mention office people moving friends and family in under the table and making money from it more ... hide ...
