Income based We have a very nice apartment 3 bedrooms and basement that I can afford The manager Shiela is amazing approachable and understanding demeanor but yet handles everything professionally and she follows the proper procedures and is great about making sure any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner

This is one of the best apartments Ive lived at before Quick to do any maintenance always putting on fun events and they are pet friendly with lots of room for pets to roamI recommend to any undergraduate or to any graduate and vet students It is fairly quiet for the amount of students that live here
