The staff is very rude and dont help residents The maintenance always blames residents if things break There is a lot of theft and security cameras but the office staff will not let residents see video and tell them that the residents are the only people entering aptnn

This is a review posted 4yrs ago Mom lives here loves itnA more up to date review June2022 mom still lives here and still has no plans to relocate She has had a couple of health issues but between daily family contact or staff neighbors not seeing her and becoming concerned she has ended up oknThere Are some problems with bedbugs and with plumbing but staff and maintenance are not from what mom I can see responsible They react quickly to complaints They also are preventive by inspecting the Apts and doing regular bug spraying and general maintenancenResidents Are at fault to a certain degree A few could do better in preventing problems by not shopping from dumpsters or pouring cooking greaseoil down the drains That is begging for bedbugs and cloggedbacked up plumbingnOne resident consistently not acting responsibility causes problems for a whole lot of people and causes the blame to fall on staff who are working hard to do right to clean up inconsiderate actions before they hurt everyone else
