I moved into this senior apartment building 3312017 It is a nice place with onsite manager and staff All staffers are very professional This is a HUD building with rent set at 30 of your income The building is well maintained and there are activities almost every day Occupancy is limited to senior 62 with a small number of units for folks with mobility
