This is the best place Ive ever lived The apartments are nice and updated fairly priced compared to others in the area No issues with theft or crime that Im aware of Neighbors are all nice and relatively quiet Maintenance is amazing I work from home and I see him running around working hard all day Any small issues Ive had with drains clogging etc have been 2022-03-20T16:05:55Z

I lived here for 3 years it was a great experience Becky the property manager has been very responsive to maintenance requests and help with other questions We had a situation where we had to move out very quickly and Becky was very understanding and accommodating They also have a wonderful maintenance worker who made several updates to our apartment includi 2019-03-08T14:39:27Z
I lived here for 3 years it was a great experience Becky the property manager has been very responsive to maintenance requests and help with other questions We had a situation where we had to move out very quickly and Becky was very understanding and accommodating They also have a wonderful maintenance worker who made several updates to our apartment including a taller faucet for easier dishwashing Its little details like these that a mom really appreciates The grounds are well kept though I recommend the playground could use some love but there is a small park just down the street that is a short walk away The complex is quiet and the tenants are respectful If you choose to live at Laurel Glen you cant go wrong more ... hide ...

Worst apartments I have ever lived in and Ive lived in some rough places I should have known when I was trying to move in and could never get anyone in the phone it was a mistake After talking with corporate the managers insisted that it was because I called after hours that I could never get ahold of anyone and they always called me back immediately both 2021-12-26T14:46:59Z
Worst apartments I have ever lived in and Ive lived in some rough places I should have known when I was trying to move in and could never get anyone in the phone it was a mistake After talking with corporate the managers insisted that it was because I called after hours that I could never get ahold of anyone and they always called me back immediately both of which are lies When I went to move in half my apartment didnt have power After a couple months the heater went out and when I went to file a maintenance request they said they only have one hvac guy for seven properties On the plus side they happened to have a space heater which I could borrow After using it for less than a day the power in half the apartment went out I filled out a maintenance request later they sent me a text saying the electrician had a personal problem Its about a week later I do have heat thankfully but still no power I have to shower and use the kitchen with a flashlight My dryer still isnt hooked up There are other issues too washer took over a week to fix window fell out of the frame when I tried to open it they added on a waterwaste charge after I signed the lease Ive placed a call to the housing authority who knows Basically I would look elsewhere more ... hide ...
