Great first impression We were sold on everything they had to offer but the reality of it set in after a month of having our loved one living there and it just went downhill from there In a nutshellnUnexplained black eyes is unacceptablen unorganized laundry service Half the time our loved one had someone elses clothes on and in the closet During move out many of the clothes were missing Pretty much defeated the purpose of labeling everythingnThere is a lack of communication among an already understaffed organization to top it off with a very high turnovernThese things caused a lot of anxiety for the family so unfortunately we cannot recommend this facility with confidence However we do recommend installing a camera in the room to monitor activity
